      The Oasis Smart Cancun is located in the center of Cancun on Av. Tulum. The meeting point is at the main entrance of the lobby by the stairs on the outside. Our guides will mention out loud the name of our park, your first or last name.

    This was the absolute highlight of my trip! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. And the activities were so much fun! I could not decide what my favorite part was - the zip lining, atvs, food, or the Cenote. Another thing I really appreciated is that the staff picks you up from the hotel. It made my experience so much easier and stress free. I will most definitely be returning here next time I am in Cancun !

    The Zip Line was fun because you can do different tricks either upside down backwards! Also, a lot of videos were take food was free and delicious. Atvs was awesome my kids enjoyed! The gave pool was great also

    OMG ! where do i begin ?! First & foremost, Chuck is absolutely amazing . He was so awesome the entire tour ! We ziplined, ATV then took a dip in the cenote . 10/10 ! We also had lunch . The authentic tacos were superb ! I can’t stress how much fun we had ! i’d definitely return with a wonderful with Chuck . Trust me you won’t be disappointed

    I took a risk on this excursion as it did not have many reviews when I booked for April 2023. I’m so glad I took the risk! Everything is as advertised, plus some. Pick up was on time, cool and comfortable for the hour drive from Cancun. 4 tacos per person is included, you can choose from pork, veggies or egg and all options were amazing!! They offer lockers for $5, however no one bothered peoples stuff sitting on the picnic tables. They have a booth to purchase additional water and snacks as well. The cenote was beautiful, don’t let the darkness deter you from experiencing it. You can jump in or walk in. We spent almost an hour down there, it was amazing and my favorite part of the excursion. I brought a waterproof phone protector from 5 Below and it was perfect. ATV riding was adventurous but not for little kids. I recommend taking the insurance they offer for $5. You will be going over rocks and boulders very fast. My butt was sweaty, and I almost slid off mine. My hands started cramping up from holding the accelerator. It was more than I expected for sure. We did not zipline. Cesar too great care of us the entire day. He was very patient and kind. The young man with the long hair who took pics was also helpful and kind.
