What To Expect

Following pickup at your hotel, meet your guide and transfer to the zipline welcome center in the heart of the jungle. Participate in a safety briefing and make sure your equipment, including a security pulley, harness, gloves and helmet, fits properly before setting out on your zipline adventure.

Fly through the forest on this network of 12 ziplines, spanning 1.5 miles (2.4km.) Watch the blur of the verdant jungle foliage whiz by and listen for the sounds of wildlife in the trees around you.

When you come down from the treetops, jump on a Polaris Trail Boss 330 for your exciting 30-minute ride. Explore the forest from the ground instead of the air, enjoying a different perspective of the region's animal and plant life.

Take a plunge in Cenote Lukama's bright green waters. Relax an float in the large natural cavern before returning to the welcome center for a light lunch. Stop by the gift shop to purchase photos taken during your adventures by the center's staff as souvenirs. Return to your hotel after a half-day of rainforest adventure.

Fun - but not exactly extreme

The experience was as described. The zip lines were fine but not very high or fast or long The ATV were not off road, but the path was rough enough that it was still challenging (wear eye protection during dry periods to avoid the dust clouds). While the swim was in a public cenote, it was very fun - lots of jumping and swinging into the water. George (of the Jungle) did everything he could to make our experience upbeat and fun. The worst part was the almost 2 hours between when our activities ended and when the bus left. While the time spent tequila tasting was OK, and I understand needing time to look at the pictures they would like us to buy, we were very bored and ready for the drive back after 45 minutes.

The cenotè was a great experience! Could have been a little bit longer. Ziplining was pretty cool as well. Enjoyed the Atvs. We were riding for quite a long time- wish we could have went on jungle trails & less on the pavement. Danny was great.

Really enjoyed this. Its a lot of money for a few hours but it was fun!! I was allowed to take my own phone at my own risk which is fair enough, and I took several pictures.... and they had a photograpaher who took great pictures... only downside of the trip was again, as I found all over my holiday, the package to buy the photos is a rip off. otherwise, great staff and trip.

It was great! Dennis and his crew were all really great. Humorous and felt safe at all times! If you need a shuttle it is included, but you need to notify them 24 hours in advanced. We had a great time! My wife was a little afraid of how high we were on the violins but go over it once she got started going. The ATV part of the adventure was not as fun. Too many participants to get really going with any speed. Lots of speed up and stop. Kind of remind me of commute traffic at home.

We LOVED everything about the zip lines, ATVs and the swimming! Bruno and his staff are very knowledgable and put you at ease as soon as you step into their hut. We were first timers and were a little nervous. If you are like me, you are probably wondering what you need to bring. Towels, bathing suits, change of clothes. Tip for your driver, tip for Bruno and his crew and 10 for a locker they give you 5 back when you return the key. They take credit cards for anything else that you want to purchase. We put on bugs spray just in case. It was a great day for me and my husband!

This was our first time in Cancun and first time ziplining! Our shuttle that picked us up at the hotel was running late which I found out by calling. Everything and everyone was awesome everything went as planned and everyone was very nice and friendly. You are connected to a safety line the whole time when your not ziplining. There were a few ahead of us that were scared and changed their mind but the workers volunteer to go with you if you are scared. I thought I was going to need someone to go with me but I surprised myself and lived! lol I even went upside down when I told myself I absolutly would not. it was awesome! oh and someone went with me when I went upside down. They are taking pictures and videoing the whole time so pay attention.. The ATV ride is not actually through the jungle.. or any off roading but it was still fun they have paths already made that they take you on. The Cenote swim was fun as well the lunch was small like described but very good. There is a bar for ordering drinks which were good. And a store for shopping I would say a little over priced. Make sure you bring money for your locker and if your going to purchase pictures or video it is expensive as well... I brought extra money but it was not enough at first they said you could not purchase at a later date but they did say we could give the money to the driver with an extra 10 bucks and he would then give us our cd with our code for downloading. We did the second cheapest deal they offered I think the highest price was like 200 or more I think we end up paying like around 85 bucks total the pics were awesome and the video.

The staff for Selvetica is the bomb! Friendly, helpful, safety minded and enthusiastic with a passion for conservation. Twelve ziplines that are not too fast for first timers, jungle atmosphere, fast moving with minimal downtime. The atv tour was twisty, turny fun but dusty!! We had plenty of time in the cenote using the zipline drop and the optional stairwell. Lunch was light and tasty. The facilities and bathrooms are clean, and remind me of the Rainforest cafe restaurants in Florida. Overall a satisfying day in Cancun!

This tour was amazing. I honestly didn't know what to expect as we bought it online, but it was excellent. The people at Selvatica run the whole experience. The guides are amazing, friendly, playful and full of life. They really love their work. The Zipline is amazing!!!! ATV tour was cool too, a little short and the Cenote Swim was one of the best experiences ever. Will use Viator again as they know how to set these things up!

What an amazing time we had with Bruno and his crew! They went out of their way to make sure we had the best time ever! We were never afraid or pressured and always made us feel comfortable!
