For those staying in downtown Cancun accommodations, we have several meeting points available, and for those in Isla Mujeres hotels, our meeting point is at Puerto Juarez Ultramar. We also offer pick-up from all-inclusive hotels in Cancun, Riviera Maya & Playa del Carmen. If you're staying in Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, or Playacar we have several meeting points available for your convenience. When making a booking, be sure to provide us with your hotel/accommodation details. Additionally, please contact the local supplier at least 48 hours before the tour to confirm your pick-up time.
