Terrible

First we were supposed to be picked up at 8am but the next morning at 7:05 we received a text what’s up app asking where we were . I responded that we were to meet at 8am then I received a text again on what’s up app say I texted you yesterday that it would be at 7am. I never saw that text or responded to it. Why would this person assume I saw it without confirmation! Then at the hotel why didn’t they go to the front desk and have them call our room . We were not the only ones who missed the trip. I hope you will issue a refund without me pressing the issue further .
SCAM!

The guide and driver never showed up! My group of 5 waited 1.5 hours for them to come to the pick up point and they never came! I contacted the tour 3 times during the 1.5 hours and never received a response. We were scammed!
Great trip

We availed of the hotel pick-up which was very convenient. The bus was a comfortable ride. Sandro was very informative and good guide. He even used pictures to illustrate some of the historical facts about the Tulum ruins. We didn't take the plunge at the cenote but he recommended that we can dip our feet in the water for some fish spa/massage which we did. It tickled at first but it was relaxing when we got used to it.
So fun!

So fun!! The cenotes were beautiful, that was my favorite part. Tour guides were very knowledgeable. Whole trip was very organized, I’d recommend! The bus ride is two hours each way. Bring towels because we forgot to!
Great value 9hr trip

Tomas was very good, friendly and knowledgeable. The pickup was on time. Full size bus for 14 people, lots of room. Tulum was excellent but no water stations and the Cenote were fun.
Five stars!! Must book if you are in Cancun
Nina_E, Feb 2024
This tour surpassed our expectations. After reading some mixed reviews we were a little skeptical but our tour from start to finish was five stars. The guide, Tomas was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and patient. He took his time to make us all feel comfortable, engaged and confident about our experiences. He gave us ample time and did not rush us during the tour - we even stopped at the shopping area of Tulum before entering the ruins for free tequila tasting! After we were taken to the cenotes for a refreshing dip and the scenery was absolutely captivating. 100% recommend if you are in Cancun and looking for a day trip! The only downside is that you will spend a few hours picking up and dropping off other passengers before and after the excursions but everything was very well organized and communicated clearly.
Best day trip

Tomas was the best tour guide ever! Very informative, funny and just a really super nice person. He even watched our belongings while we were swimming in the cenote! Highly recommended!
Fun cultural experience

I think it was a fun trip. The only negatives however were the hidden cost with the cenote and tulum. It’s acrually an extra $20 per person ($15 cenote & $5 for tulum) they should build that into the price because it can cause confusion. Also the bus ride is 2.5+ hours both ways from Cancun which should be communicated as well
I traveled solo and i liked it,Great trip

It was a good trip, learned about the mayan people and tulum, went to the cenote which was also fun. It was a good one but took the entire day, about 5hours to tulum and back. Asides that the entire trip was fun. Thomas was our guide and he was an excellent tour guide
Awesome

Tour guide Sandro was the best! Funny, helpful and informative. Just enough time at Tulum, and loved swimming in the cenote. He also recommended a great place for lunch. 100% great time!

The drive was long! But worth it! The guide Sandro was awesome, he taught us so good history lessons. The Cenotes were the highlight of our trip.
Great trip

Excellent trip and great value for money. Picked up on time and headed to Tulum. Small group with an entertaining guide Martin. It was as expected extremely hot but enjoyed Tulum. The highlight was the trip to the cenote - beautiful and lovely clear waters and not very busy. Would have liked longer here as we all enjoyed it so much. Just beautiful. Taken straight back to hotel in good time for late afternoon. Exceeded our expectations. Thanks!

Fabulous Tour. Incredible sights. Wonderful guide. Not prepared for hours of walking in the hot sun. No handrails on the steps. A very rocky path.

Horrible!! We were supposed to be picked up at hotel then the day before they contacted us and said we have to be picked up at a certain restaurant name and an hour earlier but the restaurant name shows up at a different location on google maps so we missed the tour. They just needed to give us an address not some restaurant name. Extremely disappointed!!
Tulum & Cenote

Great tour guide Tomas. Very knowledgeable on Mayan culture and history. Tulum is great site to visit. The best part is Cenote swim. My recommendation more time at cenote.
Pleasant and efficient tour to a few Quintana Roo highlights

We took this tour with Tomás, a wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. After a punctual hotel pickup and a ~2 hour drive from Cancún, we got to Tulúm and had about two hours at the ruins. The guided tour was optional and we were allowed to roam on our own if we preferred. After meeting back up at the bus, we drove another hour or so to the Cenote. This is actually more like a cavern. The guide led us through the natural cave system which is inhabited by bats, catfish and many other species. Flashlights and life vests were provided. A very interesting and unique experience, to say the least. Some logistical tips for future travellers: bring sunblock and bug repellent with you to Tulúm. There are restrooms available there, as well as several take out food options for a lunch back on the bus (Subway, for example). At the Cenote, there are also restrooms available as well as lockers and changing rooms, so you can change in and out of your swimsuit on-site. We were picked up in Cancún around 7:30 AM and returned back around 6PM.

Los guías y el conductor bien, pero la excursión se hizo tediosa por las numerosas recogidas de asistentes en hoteles alejados que hicieron que el tiempo de guía fuera excesivamente corto.

No te llevan al cenote Dos ojos
Mayte C, Aug 2019
