Alfredo was so knowledgeable about the local birds and plants. This was a low key relaxing paddle away from the bustle of Cancun.We highly recommend this trip!

This was so fun! We had such a great time and it was the perfect timing of day where it wasn’t too hot. We saw some great birds and Alfredo was an AMAZING tour guide. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. We would highly recommend it!

Memorial Mangroves

We lucked out with Christian as our guide on a windy day, meaning that speedboats weren't able to travel the canals. This made the the outing very peaceful with plenty of bird-spotting. Christian was very knowledgeable about all our surroundings and always made sure we felt safe. He provided many great photos of our excursion at the end. The only drawbacks were the difficulty of finding the meeting point (no specific signage for Sea-Doo Tours) and how chilly it got on the water once the sun went down. A warning to bring long sleeves would have been helpful.

Dani was amazing. Anyone who gets the privilege of being guided by her is blessed. She knows her ecology, explains it clearly, and identified various critters along the way. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who wants a fabulous trip. Be warned! Check your emails the day of the trip to get the right drop off spot!

Alfredo was our tour guide. We booked same day and ended up being the only ones for him. He clearly has a passion for kayaking and protecting the mangroves and that showed immensely in his tour as he guided us and taught us. We learned so much. We did a tandem kayak and were amazed by all the birds, fish and mangroves in the lagoon. There is parking at the marina if you get to meeting point by cat. Great experience. Great guide. 10/10!

The guide was very knowledgeable of the wildlife and the mangroves. We saw birds, stingrays, starfish, and fish, even a small barracuda. The tour was a lot of fun and it was awesome to see the mangroves. Bring a hat!

Our excursion with Dani was excellent! We saw many birds as well as a sting ray and a jelly fish. And we also learned how to distinguish between the 4 species of mangroves. Dani also took photos for us, so we did not have to. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable paddle.

First Time!

Experience was great. Our group of 4 all new to kayaking. If it is your first time, 2.5/3hrs is a long time. Bring a water bottle with ice if you like cold water. Water was provided but it was room temperature. Time we went was 4pm and sun was beeming. Wear sun glasses and/or a visor. Overall, nice experience. Thank you to our tour guide whom I don't know how to spell his name.
