Boat and cruise were good. Only issue was that I did not know that they only accept credit cards on the boat and no cash. So there I was with a pocket full of money and unable to buy a drink. It would have been very easy for me to bring a credit card if I had known. It would also have been very easy to mention this on the webpage.

Beautiful ride.. not a good plan

The best part of the trip was the view. Wonderful sights and smooth sailing. We were on with a large wedding party that took over almost the whole boat. The photographers were asking us to move to get out of the shots for the bride and groom. The food was meh and drinks watery. They should have put the wedding party on its own boat instead of cramming the few individuals on with them. The boat ride itself is lovely… just better planning on behalf of the company would have been nice .

I received a phone call 15 minutes prior to the schedule time of the cruise and they hung up on me. I went to the address listed in the meeting point instructions and realized it was not the meeting point after digging into the meeting point instructions of my confirmation i found the correct meeting location.I attempted to call the number numerous times once someone finally answered I was told to hurry up they were ready to embark this phone call happened at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled tour time I received after letting them know I was in traffic to the correct location and but wouldn’t make it for another 15 mins through no fault of my own. i asked for them to reschedule me the next day I received an auto reply from WhatsApp stating we needed to arrive at 4:30, contrary to the booking confirmation saying 5pm but never received an actual reply confirming that we could reschedule due to the mixup outside of our control or any attempt to reach out to find out if we would like a refund as when we arrived they had already departed. i plan on disputing this charge with my credit card company as no one has reached back out and it’s been hrs. would not recommend

The crew never provided the safety information about the boat, there were more than 12 people on the net and kids and adult jumping on the net , the crew never walk around and corrected the people jumping on the net , you have a boat with 40 plus and safety information not provide is not cool , I personally will not do it again

I bought this as a birthday gift for my partner and it exceeded our expectations! The boat was beautiful, we got to choose a beer, wine or soft drink on arrival, and received some empanadas as a snack. The sunset was beautiful and relaxing. Once the sun went down the music became more lively and lots of people had a dance. It was a lovely evening and a highlight of our cartagena trip. The prices on board for purchasing more drinks were also reasonable!

A really lovely cruise

It was a nice cruise- by the time the food got to us there wasn’t much left which was disappointing. They only gave us a half glass of wine each as the free one- wasn’t very consistent seeing others BUT it was a lovely few hours on the water, the boat was clean and overall we really enjoyed it and would recommend!

Very chill and fun with great views

Highly recommend this cruise for couples or friends traveling together. With the provided drink (and with extra drinks being very cheap) it was a really fun time, and there was great music and a fun crowd dancing the night we went. The boat ride itself was very easy, with no big waves, and the views from the boat were amazing. Best option for taking good pictures of the city from the water at sunset.

Bad experience, no entry, be on time

Out of all the activities/tours we did in Cartagena, this was the only bad experience. We couldn’t do this tour because they left us behind. The max they could wait is 5mins. We got there at 5:06pm because we got stucked in traffic (rush hour, although we left hotel with plenty time). The lady wouldn’t let us in when we got to the dock and said she called twice on WhatsApp which wasn’t accurate. No missing calls. Also, there was communication prior to the tour compared to the other activities.

This was a great experience. The views of Bocagrande and the sunset were stunning. We enjoyed the complimentary refreshments. The catamaran moved gently and smoothly through the water, allaying any possibility of seasickness. The pleasant, laid-back music became louder and more spirited towards the end of the sailing. This cruise is highly recommended!
