This was the fastest hour I have spent in a long time. Our guide was very knowledgeable about everything extremely personable. I really enjoyed it. Definitely a must do.

Lovely ride through the town, and our guide was very nice. Unfortunately, we were seated in the back of the carriage so it was hard to hear, especially when the guide was looking towards the horse and not facing the carriage. I realize they have to watch the horse and the route, but we missed bits and pieces of the commentary. Not sure if this problem can even be resolved.

Our guide was amazing however the lady we checked in with was very nasty. She informed us that by booking on line we took $75 out of her pocket. We should look for small businesses and book thru them. We found you on line the day before as we were new in town. She was very condescending especially when we looked to use the restroom facilities

Small group, easier for drag horse to pull

This is a smaller group, less pull on the drag horses. The guide was very knowledgeable in civil war history. Really liked they take care of thwir horses, take there temp and make sure the horse is safe. This is the only one I would recommend. Thank you

We had a great time. The staff and guide were very nice. Gibbs (our horse guide) was great and amazing. So was their dog, Angel! Would recommend - great to do with family, kids. It's a slow pace and you get to see everything clearly.

We enjoyed the route and the sites, but our tour guide could have had more positive things to say about the South and Charleston. We are transplants to the South and love it, but he seemed to point out all the negatives, past and present. I felt like the tourists on board who weren't Southerners would think twice about living in Charleston.
