    We had an amazing time. Richard the driver was so nice and knew everything about Charleston. He was so knowledgeable about the history of Charleston. We were the only ones that he had to take the tour so it felt like we had our own personal tour of Charleston. He made us feel welcome! We highly recommend taking the tour!!

    I was looking forward to seeing famous landmarks and spending the 1 1/2 hours taking pictures and traveling around the area. We never left downtown and only stopped once for a photo opportunity. Driver said he could not stop for pictures and his narration was very hard to understand. Our driver just seemed unengaged and ready for the trip to be over.

    So sorry were not pleased. Yes the tour covers only the Downtown Charleston historical district and does not venture to non historical regions of the city. And the tour buses are not allowed to stop in the road to block traffic or to get out the bus except from one location on our tour route and that is at The Battery. Every tour we operate passengers have the opportunity to exit the bus at The Batter for photos and more info of the harbor.

    The time and effort it took to converse with the driver coming from the Carnival Ship. Turned out it, it will be MUCH simpler the next time now that we know how. 2 negatives: Driver didn't allow questions unless I didn't give up and ask the question a few time. I ALWAYS ask questions. I found out more about the houses than the area and history which would have had more meaning to me. And for me, it was quite difficult understand him and I sat in the front row. He was a very pleasant person when we were out by the river and I could understand him at that time. Hope to get back to Charleston and learn more about the city and its history.
