My granddaughter and I enjoyed every minute of our bike tour. Josie, our guide, was the greatest. She was encouraging and kind with a 72 year old man and his 10 year old grandchild. She had tremendous knowledge of the city and became a best friend to my granddaughter. I felt safe despite some initial apprehension about riding a bike in the city. It was without a doubt the best experience we had in Chicago.

Best of Chicago on bikes

We took our grandsons, ages 11 and 13, on the Chicago City and Food Tour. There were 8 others who joined our group. Joe was our guide and was great with the kids! We saw a lot of sights and sampled Chicago style pizza, hot dogs, and gelato. Overall, a great experience. The kids loved it and want to do it again which says it all!!
Great Cycling Tour of Chicago with Tastes of Chicago's Iconic Food!

Brooke was an amazing tour guide. I hadn't been on a bike for awhile but it didn't take long with Brooke's reassurance to make me comfortable. She was so knowledgeable , entertaining and professional throughout the tour. The food stops were perfectly timed so that we could enjoy each bite. I would highly recommend the Chicago Family Food & Bike Tour (especially with Brooke!)
Do this tour!

Celebrated our 14yr olds bday with a family bike ride in the city. AJ was a great guide! He was fun, entertaining, safe and informative as we biked and stopped to learn about some Chicago landmarks, plus the awesome food stops. They were very helpful accommodating some food allergies (gluten) for a few of our family members so we could enjoy the same food as everyone else. Highly recommend this tour. We had a blast and made an awesome memory!!!!
cancelled but not compensated.

never went on bike tour, was notified evening prior that tour guide got sick offered a walking tour and wasn't really compensated the difference of over 100$, was offered a couple of 6oz beer drinks. requested the vegetarian option but didn't expect to pay that much for an order of fries!

Hi Cynthia, I believe one of our reps reached out to you. We apologize for the miscommunication but we let you know that our tour guide had fallen ill directly as we found out. Because of the holiday weekend, we were stretched thin on guides and couldn't replace so easily. We did offer several options to you as we have a plethora of other tours to choose from each day. We offered to complimentary upgrade your party to the Bikes, Bites and Brews tour as well as the Chicago Favorites Food and Walking tour. Both tours are very close in price to the tour you booked. You chose the Chicago favorites food and walking tour and we offered you two complimentary VIP beer upgrades because of the change and the inconvenience. We do apologize that somehow you anticipated there would be a difference in price of a couple hundred dollars, but that is just not the case. Sorry for the confusion. While we do try to accommodate as many different food allergies and dietary restrictions as we can, we do mention in our confirmation policies that we can't cater to everything at every stop. While you did get to sample a majority of the food, the Chicago style hot dog stop on this particular tour has very limited options for vegetarians. We sample Chicago staple foods on this tour, and hot dog joints sometimes just don't offer that many vegetarian options because of the nature of what they do, they focus on hot dogs. Again, we do apologize for that but hopefully you enjoyed all the other food options along the route. We're sorry that this situation caused you to have such a Negative experience and hope you'll give us another shot in the future.
Chicago Bike tour with family

Loved the deep dish pizza and hot dog food experiences. Was very tasty even though we usually prefer MY style pizza not like deep dish. Other than food the experience was very average. The tour is slow pace and mostly focused on food not sightseeing. I don’t recommend for fit and educationally curious travelers.
My granddaughter said that the bike tour was the best thing about Chicago.

Fun in the Sun!

Fun, sunny day with Joe riding all over the Chicago loop! My 13 yo daughter and I truly enjoyed our bike tour last week. We ended up with a private tour since we were the only family that signed up for the morning excursion. We biked with Joe, our tour guide, all over the city to several main sights of attraction, including Millenium and Grant Parks, the Buckingham fountain, Museum Campus and Gold Coast area; and enjoyed stops for bites of famous Chicago cuisine i.e. deep dish pizza and the Chicago style hot dog. Joe was friendly, energetic, and knowledgeable about Chicago history. Bonus that he is an 8th grade science teacher so my rising 8th grader was able to pick his brain on the tour! The entire experience was fantastic and we highly recommend this tour company.
So much fun!

This was so fun. We actually got a great tour of the city. We were even able to try great food and snacks along the way! Great job! ❤️👍🏽
Great experience!

We were in the city for the weekend only. We brought along our 9month old to the tour and it worked out fantastic. Paul was great at highlighting important city attractions and kind enough to wait when our son got a little fuzzy.
Loved it and will do it again!

What a fun experience!!! We did this tour as a couple and added the beer package. Bryan, our tour guid, was super fun, knowledgeable, and a just a cool dude! Biking was a casual pace and a nice break from walking the city. The food stops were excellent and we plan to visit these food stops during our next visit. Highly recommended!!!
Super Fun.

Great way to see Chicago. Thomas was very informative and a joy to have as a tour guide: would of loved more food stops; but the 3 we went on were great.
A must do when here

So much fun. Very informative. Great views of the city. Got to sample foods that the city is known for. Loved our guide:

Omar was fun, engaging and full of fun, historical facts about the Windy city. I would do this tour again in a minute!

This is a really fun way to see the city...entirely different perspective than a daytime tour. Sparkling lake and river views, the full moon over the skyscrapers, neon-lit boats and Ferris wheel, fireworks--what more could you ask for?! And whoop-whoop-ing as a pack through crowded city streets! How's that for enlivening?! Not something I could do on my own. Cole made it informative, safe for all ages, an easy, breezy ride, and a lot of fun.

This was a lot of fun riding through the city streets and to see all lights at night. Mark was our guide and he was great! The night our family took the tour was a night that Navy Pier shot off fireworks, so that was an additional bonus. Our family enjoyed very much, so I would say it was well worth the cost and would recommend that anyone who enjoys riding should work this in to their agenda. The only concern I would voice is that I believe one guide to be responsible for 20 bikers at night is too much responsibility! I would recommend that an additional guide be added to this tour so that Mark could worry about guiding the group and/or monitoring traffic and let the second guide bring up the tail end to ensure the group stays together. We had someone that incurred a flat tire and it was a good distance before someone else in the group could catch up to Mark and alert him of the incident. However overall I would highly recommend the services of Bobby's Bike Hike to not only take a tour, but to rent bikes for a day and create your own tour.
