      Arriving at the Cozumel ferry terminal from playa del carmen please exit and walk to the right side 50 meters away you will see the statue of two eagles and one with a flag pole , there Paulina will be there to welcome you with the cozumel snorkel center t-shirt.

    To our clients arriving by cruise ship from the S.S.A and Puerta Maya terminals please take a cab and arrive directly to The meeting point in Downtown Alex, Gris Paulina or mike will be there to greet you we will depart from there .

    Great snorkle trip !!!

    It was a great experience snorkeling in a small group with our guide Alex. He tried very hard to show us the diverse fish and also a turtle. It was amazing! We can definitely recommend the tour.

    Not worth it

    Felt very rushed, had to wait around almost an hr before getting on the little boat. It was normal to ride 30 min each way, thats with anyone you book through. El Cielo was full of jellyfish, it was a painful experience. This stop was considered 2 stops and lasted maybe 20 min. Same with starfish point and the sandbar. Other boats stayed around much longer. Then tips were essentially required, I was short changed in pesos and had no energy to argue. Not what I wanted our first time in Cozumel to be like, definitely learned my lesson. Book with a larger company, especially if you're American. You'll feel out of place and cheated out of what should've been a great experience.

    Hello Michelle we are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience, since I received you and you were the last to arrive 10 minutes late after the scheduled departure, you told me that you did not want to go with many people since you did not like to deal with Americans, that is why we chose a small boat with a capacity of 10 passengers of which only 6 passengers left including you to please you, You were waiting 10 minutes not an hour, the tour takes 4 hours and with the stops calculated to perform all the activity, the gratuity is optional for the crew is not forced, the attention that was provided from the beginning was good, sorry to hear everything you wrote as all passengers except you had a great experience.
