We provide transportation within Cozumel; Cruise Pier, Hotel/Resort & Ferry Please be aware that you may be coming from a different time zone. Cozumel does not follow day light savings so half the year we are on EST and the other half is CST. So March-November (spring & summer) Cozumel is CST and November-March (fall & winter) is EST. The cruise ships should be using our local time for the time of arrival to the island. You may also see your cruise ships time of arrival using our cruise ship schedule, and the link is provided below Your cruise ship itinerary is based on our local time. For example, if your cruise ship says it will be docking in Cozumel at 8AM, that is local time, and if your meeting time is 8:30AM local time, you will have 30 minutes to get to your meeting point. All meeting points are very close and within walking distance of the cruise pier area.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The picking up and...

The picking up and checking in process was not the best. The communication at the end of the day by the boat crew was also lacking. If we had had more time I’m sure it would have been a fulfilling experience.

Great snorkeling, but the crew spoke very little English and gave all instructions in Spanish. The crew was friendly, though and were very accommodating of my spouses wheelchair.

Sorry to say this tour was so much less than advertised and much much less than we personally expected. From the cluster puck at the pier meeting point to the all too small boat with really no way to get into the water as well as the helter skelter manner that the entire Viator team showed. Do another tour this one need to grow up a lot!!!!!

The crew was great!! The snorkeling was like no other!! Super easy pick up once I knew where to go!!!! Oh and the guacamole and pico de gallo was delish!!! We will be back!!

Ricky & Edwardo were excellent hosts! Ricky made homemade guacamole and Pico de Gio, was mmmmmm! Weather wasn't very good, but mother nature did what she does! Highly recommend!

The starfish were awesome and the stingrays were great fun. The snorkeling was not as good as I expected and the time at the reef was too long. The “guide” was not in the least bit helpful. Starfish

This trip was amazing and by far our favorite excursion from our cruise. I will say, it started off questionable. First, the directions were difficult, and second the boat ride!! Oh goodness! Unfortunately, our boat was incredibly SLOW! No joke everyone was passing us!! Make sure you sun screen up very well before you take off on the 45+min boat ride. There were 3 stops. The first was to the reef. The second was to a natural grass area where we saw sting rays, lots of star fish and conchs. The third stop was to an area that you could just swim and hang out. This is where we had snacks. The cool part was there were 5 rays that swam around us for about 35 mins! Such a fun experience. BUT the snorkeling was fantastic!! Luis, Luis, & Alejandra were wonderful and made the Best guacamole. We ending buying the photo package because the pics were phenomenal. We decided to ask Luis (the boat captain) to drop us off at a local restaurant on the beach on the way back instead of frying on the boat ride back. We were very thankful for this! Overall, We would highly recommend this trip.

Nothing memorable!! Just the heat we endured while waiting 2 hours for someone to pick us up only to find out that they would not guarantee that we would be back in time for ship departure!!

My family went on this excursion in June and it was absolutely amazing! The water at the sandbar was stunning. We saw starfish, stingrays, sea turtles, tons of tropical fish and even a huge conch shell. Our guide was so funny and very informational especially to all my children's questions. I recommend it 100%

Potentially good tour, but unfortunately did not go too well. I had sponsored the same tour for a group of five friends, just a couple of days ago. Unfortunately, despite having booked with the same tour operator, we were probably handled by some other group of operator and the tour was mediocre. The trip was spoken in Spanish, and we struggled to understand, as we had signed for English tour. Food served was only fish, there was nothing vegetarian (not even guacamole or salsa). The snorkelling mask was faulty and loose.. water kept entering inside the mask.

Could not find the meeting place because I had no internet access and found out later that they had emailed detailed instructions on meeting. Many locals helped us and we found out where to go and they even called the driver and he came back to pick us up. We were on a cruise and worried about getting back to the ship on time. Our guide and boat skipper assured us we would make it back fine. We did easily! This is an excellent snorkeling trip and I would highly recommend it to anyone. We even had a couple of free beers on the boat. Excellent place to snorkel and Carla(owner) made sure we were well taken care of. I will be back for more. Thank you

Never use this your “group”

The boat was a piece of junk, ladder was big piece of round metal and hurt feet when climbing back on!!! Seats keep falling off onto floor. Nasty bucket of mask and fins!!! No commentary of sites along the way!!! Crew was more about them talking to each other. No experience guide to help you!!! Where to meet pickup was sketchy!! For it to be the number one snorkeling place in the Caribbean was a joke!! And in the ad it read 4 hours but 1.5 hours there and back, another 45 minutes sitting in shallow water while they made guacamole on a nasty cutting board they cleaned in the ocean water and bags chips. There are dozen of tours doing the same snorkeling locations. So I would not recommend this tour group and Viator should not even have them listed. One good thing water nice and saw lots of fish….

The tour was ok but I had some issue with other things from this company. First, I paid in full through Viator and when I got there, I was given the total (which was $64 for 2 of us). In my mind, I thought that Seemed lower then what I paid. When I got home I checked and it was 1/2 the price I paid. Everyone we were there with paid half. Hard to let that go. Also, the directions to the meeting point specifically said to meet the guide wearing a “blue polo”. We never saw anyone with a blue polo. Just a little unnerving in another country and not meeting up with the person so specifically described.

Turtle, stingray, and reef experience!

This is a family business and they are amazing! 3 of them came on the boat with us and there were a total of 6 people on the excursion! They gave us all the attention we needed! They took these amazing photos that they give to you at the end! I didn’t even need a camera to capture these moments. They also knew I wanted to see turtles and stopped off at a special reef just for me! We also got to see starfish, coral, beautifully colored fish, and stingrays! If you’re contemplating what excursion to go, just go on this one! You won’t regret it! This was, by far, one of the best experiences of my life! Ask for Angel, Alejandra, and I think her name was Connie! They were amazing! They also made fresh guacamole and chips for the end of the trip with beer and other drinks!
