Customers that do not require a Port pickup can be met at the starting point of the tour, which is at the foot of the floating (Queen Emma) bridge, on the western (a.k.a. Otrabanda) side of the channel, (same side where the port is located).

- Travelers may CHOOSE to be picked up at any of the cruise ports (Mega-1, Mega-2, Mathey Wharf, etc,) , OR can also be met at the foot of the floating (pontoon) bridge, which is an approx. 8 minute stroll from the port (depending on the port). NOTE: Please mention your preference, as well as the name of the ship you will be arriving on (if any). - Each of our tuktuks accommodates 2 adults passengers and possibly 1 or 2 child(ren) or sometimes even a 3rd. adult (depending on their slimness). - Customers will be solely and fully responsible for their decision to book more than 2 passengers in each tuktuk. - No refunds will be granted for passengers that do not fit in the tuktuk.

Each of our TukTuks can accommodate 2 (adult) passengers, the addition of additional passengers (Child(ren) or if passengers are of slim composure) can be possible, but will be strictly to the responsibility of the costumer. NOTE: No refunds will be granted for the additional passenger(s) that wont fit in the TukTuk.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Outstanding tour and guide!

Our tour guide was Nigel. He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions and was a delight. We had been to Curaçao before, but he showed us a whole new side of the island’s art and culture. Well done!

We only did the 1 hour tour but I wish we had done a longer trip! Our family needed 3 vehicles, we were able to squeeze 3 small adults into one. The guides were so much fun, it was the perfect way to start our day!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time exploring areas of Willemstad on the tuk tuk. Our drivers were great, took us to a lot of cool spots and offered bits of historical information along the way. It was a great way to see an overview of the area. I would highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Curacao.

We really enjoyed getting to see the area in a TukTuk and guided by Nigel - from the island, with lots of information and history. The artwork around the city is incredible. Nigel was awesome - great stories and we made several stops along the way, including a short walk through beautiful homes/murals. We traveled with another couple - and they were in a separate TukTuk, but we went to the same places. HIGHLY recommend! It's a great way to see the island and learn more about where you are visiting!

The tour guide 5 star all the way. I gave it 4 stars due to the wait time and difficulty in finding our driver. There was some definite miscommunication-but driver Nigel more than made up for it. He was so personable, knowledgeable and fun!! Just be real sure about where you are being picked up, and the contact phone number didn't get answered.

Stanley our wonderful driver toured us through the narrow back streets of Curacao where cars were unable to go, showing us the beautiful Mural Art of the island. Stanley has a passion for his island plus he has great knowledge of the artists and their works. This was the least touristy tour we have ever had and we highly recommend it to art lovers and adventurers.

I would give this company a zero if I could. My ship was late to the port and the company refused to give me my money back or even some of my money back. I would not recommend this company if you are cruising they are not flexible or understanding of ship delays.

The real Curaçao

We weren’t expecting much so we were amazed at the value ! Stanley picked us up at the pier and took us on a wonderful tour of Curaçao. He told us about the rich history of the early settlers and showed us the beautiful vividly colored mansions. My favorite stop was at an artist studio . They had pieces for sale but we felt no expectation to buy anything. I was able to get a bag with one of his murals on it, very inexpensive and best of all…not made in China Viator always delivers a good value
