We are located at the Caracas bay, take the Caracasbay road to Caracasbay/Jan Thiel. At the end near the sea on the roundabout you go left and you will find us at your right.

For pickup roundtrip service please email us or message us on WhatsApp for your ship name or hotel name and tour date/tour time so we can confirm pick up. The email address and phone number is available on your ticket once you book. Pick up fees at the cruise dock are USD20 roundtrip, at hotels vary from USD20-25. Please note that all departure times are based on the LOCAL time in port. Ships sometimes do not adjust their clocks to the local time in port, so it is very important to make sure you meet your tour at the correct local time. You can ask onboard or on shore to determine the local time. The tour departs from the ship pier 1 hour before the start time of your tour, this depends on your booking time. Please proceed past the security gate where tour buses leave the cruise terminal. Here you will see your guide holding a sign that says "Adventure Tours Curacao". We ask all guests to please plan to be at the designated departure location at least ten minutes before departure time. We are located at the Caracasbay office Adventure Tours Curacao (see google map).
What To Expect
After your cruise ship docks in Curacao's port, meet your local guide for a transfer to the boat shop.
Listen to an orientation and safety briefing, then board your Jet Ski. Select whether you want to have one or two people on the Jet Ski and upgrade to include a snorkel tour.
Set off and follow your guide over the coastal turquoise waters. Enjoy great views of Curacao's tropical coastline from your marine vantage point, passing small islands, coves, beaches, and bays. See luxurious mega-yachts and the vacation home belonging to the Queen of the Netherlands.
On the way back to your starting point, if the option is selected, stop to snorkel in the crystal clear waters where you can spot several marine species including fish and live corals.
Return to the boat shop and then board your ground transportation for transfer back to the cruise port.

- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

DO NOT use this company. Poor safety/operating instructions and owner was insulting and took no accountability when issues were brought to his attention.
Had to end tour early, while on water, due to safety concerns.
I was the only person on tour. The guide was incredibly nonchalant and vague with instructions. I had to repeatedly ask follow up questions to get basic information clarified re Jetski operation and safety, including the fact that I had to ask what to do if I fell off the jetski, and one of my follow up questions prompted guide to inform me that going under 10kg could prompt the jetski to tip over. That said, because of MY due diligence in soliciting the basics, I had most of the information I needed by the time I got on the jetski.
After the subpar instruction session, I was sent solo about a half mile to test out the jetski (far out of earshot of the instructor if something went wrong or ai had questions).
About 30minutes into jet skiing in the open ocean on choppy waters, I decided to stop the tour. I attempted 2x to get the tour guide’s attention by waving then screaming out to him, as he was joy riding a mile and a half (!!) in front of me - literally a small island could have fit in the distance between us, which was approximately 6x the distance he said he would be in front of me (the length of 5 jetskis).
He maintained the proper distance in the 30min it took us to go back through the choppy ocean water back to the dock where their business is stationed.
At which point the owner asked me why I ended the tour early. I categorically broke down each of the problems starting with the poor instructions. Instead of being accountable, he was condescending and insulting, saying “I can imagine how scary it must have been for you as a woman” and “I know a lot of Americans can’t swim”. At which point I told him if swimming levels were an issue then there should have been a safety warning and different experiences offered based on swimming level, but this was not the case and his point was irrelevant to the specific issues of unprofessionalism and safety at-hand.
Then he tried to swindle me by saying, “At least you finished the tour since we cannot provide a refund”, which was clearly not true since we only made it to the shores outside of Sandals resort, not the calm Spanish waters where we were actually supposed to tour the island.
I would have given this 0 stars if that were an option due to the appalling lack of professionalism and safety issues.

Unreliable, as others’ review have stated. I booked this tour weeks prior and they decided to close last minute due to a holiday. There shouldn’t have been an option to book for that day if they were going to be closed. I wouldn’t trust or book with them if I were you.

We scheduled pick-up at 8:50. Upon arriving I used another tour guides phone to call and see where transportation was. I was told it was a mistake and they would be there at 9:15. Around 9:30 we saw a jeep for transportation but it didn’t stop for us. Around 9:40 we met the tour guide and were told no taxis were available until 10:30. My mother wanted to cancel but I agreed to wait until 10:30 because I desperately wanted to go on the jet ski. We told the guide we were going to sit close to the waiting area until the taxi arrived as we had been standing in the sun for an hr. We found seating adjacent to the waiting area and joined the WiFi. We were under the impression the guide would notify us when the taxi had arrived. 10 mins later we looked back over and the guide was gone.We had to be back on the boat at 2:30. So at this point organizing transport to and from the location without the ability to communicate was too big of a risk. So we requested a refund Wed April 17th and have yet to hear back from Viator or Adventure tours curaçao.

We had a great time jet skiing with Max and Cos. They picked us up from the cruise pier on time and took us right to their marina. The ocean waves were pretty choppy - bring your own goggles or rent theirs - even though they said it was “like glass” that day, so I can only imagine how much air you'd get on a rougher sea day. But we loved it and highly recommend this excursion.

Late for pickup
Was a car that picked us up instead of a taxi
Contact phone numbers aren't working on WhatsApp
Finished jet ski and then had to wait for another booking party to finish snorkeling before getting transported back to the mega pier
The other booking party had to end their snorkeling excursion early so we can get transported back to the pier
One jet ski had malfunctioned twice
Beverages were included when we purchased but we didn't get them
Taxis are ($8 per person) cheaper to pay for than their transportation $20 per person

I would suggest trying a jet ski prior to going on a long tour like the hour or hour and a half simply because there were some small ish waves that can and rock the jet ski.
Great and fun experience.
Would definitely recommend and do again.

Very unprofessional. They claim they offer taxi service to pick you up if you message them which I did but the taxi service never came. When I called after waiting 30 mins they told me I didn’t pay for taxi service but they never told me I had to pay for the taxi service in advance. I would have had no problem paying in advance but it was never told to me nor was I given the option. This was a gift for my bfs birthday which was ruined.
