For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

So much fun! Diko was very knowledgeable of Dallas and the history especially JFK assassination. He gave clear instructions and training on how to use a Segway. Dont be intimidated they are easy to use once you get used to them.

I booked this tour a week before our trip and 20 minutes before our scheduled tour Segway Nation cancelled our tour. We had already taken an uber over to the meet up location at that point. The company refused to reimburse for the cost of the Uber. It was our last day in Dallas and we were very disappointed to have this happen to us!

An absolutely fantastic tour. I’ve lived in Dallas for 26 years and learned a lot. Traveled with friends visiting from London and they really enjoyed the experience and learned a lot. I had never been on a Segway but picked it up fast. Lots of fun!

Our Guide was very knowledgeable with the Dallas area and History. He was also very friendly, patient and helpful with all the guests, had great teaching skills on learning and being comfortable with riding a Segway as well as great social skills. I Highly recommend doing a Segway Tour over a Trolly or Van where you have to get in and out of a Vehicle, and when your not driving your not paying attention to your surroundings so your missing out !

Riding a Segway is fun and easy! It was my first time and it took less than 5 minutes to learn. Jason was a great tour guide and you felt as if you saw JFK get shot because of his great story telling skills. Even learned new things!
