Right from the start of the tour Isaac was friendly and informative and introduced us to the other person on our trip. His tour was very engaging and it felt like we were driving around with a friend! He showed us all the typical Dallas tourist spots as well as insider tips and unique stories. He gave us some time to walk around where we wanted to and shop a bit in the farmers Market. He definitely can read the room and caters the tour to you. So glad we did the two hour tour! Highly recommend, he did an awesome job!

It was impressive how much he knew about downtown Dallas even when he hasn't been on the job for a tremendously long time. Goes to show the work ethic he put into doing a great job. Did the 1 hour tour with Isaac (could have easily done 2) and man did we get a fantastic tour. Five of us rode in one golf cart like trolly- 2 of us live in North Texas and the other three were visiting from California (We are all related). So glad we got Isaac and so glad we took a chance on the Dallas & JFK tour. So many interesting sites, facts, and stories along with many wonderful food, fun, and activity recommendations. Isaac really went above and beyond for us. He read the room perfectly and shared things we thought no one else knew (My dad and uncle knew JFK and his father). Isaac gave an unvarnished view of the city and yet one falls in love with Dallas anyway - maybe because the view is honest and admiring at the same time. The price was very reasonable and the little tour trolly was clean and efficient. We happened to catch perfect weather which didn't hurt. Highly recommend. Pretty sure the other tour group had a great time too.

The guide was outstanding. Had a wealth of knowledge for the city of Dallas. Was very careful driving her cruiser around Dallas which is a busy city with fast cars. I would recommend this tour and guide to anyone who is short on time or as an introduction to this magnificent city.

It was very moving experience. The City part was ok but the jfk section was incredible. Our guide Isaac was exceptional . Both knowledgeable,informed and inclusive. He did not hold back and seemed interested in our take on the event .

Starting with Communication . . . that was perfection. We received an advance text message from our guide Isaac with description of vehicle, its location, and attire of our guide. Shortly thereafter we were notified of a slight delay for starting due to the busy traffic happening on Eclipse Weekend in Dallas. It was only a brief delay, but the heads-up was appreciated. Isaac had to do some multi-tasking with some people arriving for the tour. Some were not only arriving for the wrong tour, but also the wrong day. With some discovery questions, Isaac was able to sort it all out and then get us all assembled for an informative 2-hr experience. Despite the very busy street traffic we were still able to get around relatively quickly, and also very safely, by a guide who was also filling us with good information (through a mic/speaker system that was good quality). The pace of the tour information was great, and we were offered numerous options for asking questions. The length of time given for all of our stops was really good. My main purpose for reserving this tour early after my arrival in Dallas was to help determine places I'd like to visit longer in the following days. It definitely met that goal. Because Isaac also facilitates one of the food/beverage tours, I was able to get some suggestions for that as well. Our weather was perfect, which added to the overall enjoyment. Isaac totally kept his promise to offer us the full tour experience after that earlier brief delay. There is zero hesitation in recommending this tour to others, because it is that good. If you have the pleasure of Isaac being your guide, then you are also certain to have a top-quality experience. It really is that good. Go! Enjoy!

HUGE MISREPRESENTATION— Bait and Stuck

As attached photo shows, Company stated “Just 6 passengers aboard.” I booked 5 tickets. When we arrived, we found the shuttle seated only 5 passengers plus driver= 6. Two passengers had already boarded, leaving only 3 seats for our party of 5. The driver made 2 of us sit on rear BACKWARD facing seats. Our choice was to rebook (but only visiting on that day) or fight for a refund. VERY uncomfortable facing backwards. My neck & upper back ached from straining to turn to see sights pointed out by guide. RIP OFF.

In The Midst of History!!

Hearing about where JFK's motorcade traveled and unfortunately where he was assasinated on the street. It was sad, however, heart warming. We felt moved when walking into the JFK memorial. Again, saddened because it symbolized that he had so much more living to do and his life was cut short. Had chills as I entered and stood inside.
