Great experience but not perfect

This trip was really fun- although it was a bit unorganized. There were other excursions in the middle of ours- parasailing and the shark and stingray diving- so we had to sit and wait and that was a little bit weird. The snorkeling and the natural pool was amazing and the after party was really fun. Although, they ran out of beer!!!!!!!!!

Ringing music!

Overall, this excursion was as expected. Staff was friendly. Played good music, but entirely too loud! The speakers are directed at the lower deck so if you’re nearby, it was louder than being at a rock concert. So loud, the music was distorted. My ears were ringing! Made the trip less enjoyable.
