Was pretty good, just the buses were never on time…or starting off late. The routes are easy to find if you get off on that stop and remember where to return. Some buses ac didn’t work

Do not book this through Viator .I was under the premise the ticket was a mobile one...until after I paid and confirmed turns out you have to travel 30 mins to get the ticket as it doesn't come as a mobile....I tried to explain this as I had been miss sold. Viator then cancelled the trip and said they would put in a refund..1 day later I am getting emails saying I can get the ticket from the bus ..bit late as the date had passed. Terrible communication I am still waiting for the refund

Very interesting tour, you can see a lot of Dubai city and the surrounding on Dubai Palm. The bus should drive longer in the evening ( till 8:00pm).

This is a great overview of Dubai and a must do early on in your trip. We visited the new Dubai and the old Dubai. We bought an additional dinner cruise directly through Big Bus - however, I would don't do this cruise. The dinner was very ordinary and overpriced.

Big Bus Company is Great, but Be Careful.

Great tour, but be sure you get back on the Big Bus. The other company’s bus is the same color and they even have a Blue route. We asked when we got on if it was the blue route and the driver said “yes.” But it went the opposite direction and we realized it was the other company’s bus. We lost an hour catching up with the Big Red Bus.

An easy way to see Dubai!

This is a great way to see Dubai! The 2 tours cover the whole of Dubai but it can take almost the whole day without getting off at any stops! I had a one day ticket and managed both routes with a stop off for the Burj Khalifa but didn't have time to do the dhow cruise. If you want to see several sights, and get on/off several times, you will most likely need at least a 2 day ticket! Also, be aware that the traffic can get really heavy towards the end of the day - it took half an hour longer to get to my stop on the blue route, later in the afternoon!

I had planned an itinerary based around the Dhow times on the website but these were wrong by an hour. This meant we couldn’t do the Dhow trip as we had lunch reservations. We only ended up doing the red route due to the timing issue and this was good but not value for money.

Impossible to obtain tickets

I have written to both Big Bus Dubai and Viator and am waiting for Viator to respond. Big Bus Dubai have apologised but it’s down to Viator to resolve. I booked three trips with Viator costing over £800. We were unable to even obtain the tickets for this one, the tickets had to be redeemed at the mail which was miles away from the city central hotel. The bus refused to allow travel to the mall to convert and even though we did visit the mall on another organised trip with Viator there was not time to collect the tickets. I definitely don’t recommend this trip as obtaining tickets should not be so stressful. The other two trips were the opposite easy and enjoyable.
