Agent was waiting for us as we came out of Customs. Walked us to car park and introduced drive. Driver also very good, highlighted some of the new developments in Dubai as we headed to our hotel. Return driver, to Airport equally excellent, 6:30AM pick up and he walked into hotel at 6:15 as I was walking to reception to check out. Absolutely no problems with either trip.

We arrived in Dubai early morning, The staff communicated with me as soon as the plane landed and gave me clear instructions on what to do and where to meet after baggage collection . We came out late due to long line in immigration but the driver waited for us. The staff who met us at the airport as well as the driver is very polite and pleasant and helped us with our luggage.
