Your driver will meet you at your hotel lobby / reception lounge . We recommend to set the pick up time at least 3.5 hours prior to the plane departure (default pick up time). All Orient Tours Representatives will be wearing blue trousers and a white shirt/jacket with an Orient Tours Logo.

What To Expect

Skip the hassle of booking a taxi or finding a shared shuttle service when your time in Dubai reaches an end. Just enter your accommodation and flight details when you make your booking, pay in advance and then present your voucher to your driver.

When the time comes, hop inside your air-conditioned private vehicle at your hotel or private residence, and enjoy a relaxed and direct journey to the airport. This departure transfer service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Price is per person, based on 7 adults per car/vehicle.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Very Smooth Transfer

Very smooth transfer. Driver arrived on time. He was even patient as we forgot our iPad in the hotel. Helpful with getting our bags off the car and directing us on where to go in the airport. Even had a car seat for my little one. Very nice. Orient tours has really been great to us this entire trip so I totally recommend.

The driver showed up 30 minutes early. He was mad at us for not being already downstairs. We checked or as fast as we could after he called us. He drove like a maniac because he had lost his temper because he had to wait. I had a printed paper and an email confirming the correct time, so he certainly was early. No need for this attitude.
