What To Expect

Head to the departure point at your chosen time, either morning or afternoon, to get your adventure started. Being a small-group tour, enjoy the intimate and personalized experience without the feeling crowded.

Arrive at the Blue Cave and begin to explore the beaches and caves. After taking some time to look around, get geared up and go for a snorkeling session.

Afterwards, travel to Sunj Beach on Lopud Island and take a swim along the shore. Sip on refreshing alcoholic beverages while onboard between locations.

When you get hungry, indulge in beach bars offering food and stop for a meal or snack. Then, follow your guides to the secret three caves on Koločep Island. Swim through these awe-inspiring caves and marvel at their natural beauty before heading back.

For a refund in case of illness, please present a medical certificate, provided by a Doctor of Medicine (MD) employed by a registered medical clinic.
Toilets are available only at the sandy beach. Please use the toilet prior to arrival for check-in.
Starting from September 15, the afternoon tour will no longer go to Sunj beach, but to the village of Lopud, where there are also interesting sandy beaches, a botanical garden, Franciscan Monastery and restaurants. The reason for this is that in the afternoon Sunj beach is in the shade and guests cannot get the same experience as in the morning.

A lifejacket can be provided on request. It is also known as a Personal Flotation Device (PFD) or buoyancy vest, will keep the user afloat in the water, greatly increasing their likelihood of survival. As the name suggests, it can save your life in the case of an emergency, giving you more time to be rescued. It is not provided to be used to replace swimming skills.
This activity requires a swimming skills! SWIMMING SKILLS: Essential swimming skills include being able to enter the water and resurface, controlling breathing, floating, turning, and moving to safety in the water and exiting.

We had a wonderful boat trip. Eventhough we were in may, the water was pretty warm and the caves that we visited were really nice and beautiful. They weren’t too crowded either. Overall this is a great experience and highly recommend it to everyone.

The scenery was beautiful. Just be aware that the only way to see the caves is to swim into them. The boat does not go into the caves. There are many jelly fish at this time of year and the water is freezing. I would recommend this tour for the summer months. Also the beach where you are dropped off is a small island with just a small strip of sand. It was nice to walk around the island, but it was not the “lay out at the beach” experience I was expecting.

This was a great half day tour for our cruise stop. It was just my family of 4 and 1 other passenger. Mario was very friendly and fun. You definitely need to swim to be able to see the caves so be prepared.

too crowded, not "small group boat tour"

Please note that "small group boat" means a total of around 25 people squeezed into 3 to 5 boats. We were given the impression that the max for a small group was 8 people max.

Dear Estefania, We are curious how you get the impression the maximum number of people on the tour is 8. It is really not fair you gave us a 2* review based on your nonjustified impression. Please note our boats are registered for 12 people, not 8! In the high season, boats are full of our maximum capacity, and no single person complained about it. Same as when you were given the instructions, you could ask for additional information if needed. Once onboarding, you asked my colleague about capacity, and he answered you the boat capacity is 12 people, but since it is low season, the boats will not be full. All our instructions are clearly written on the page, and for any questions, we are on duty on our email and phone contact (also written on the page). *Small tip: before booking, read the description in order to avoid giving people bad reviews based on your opinion, or if you don't feel like reading it, then ask, as you asked us, about other details(which were also written on the site)! We found your feedback very offensive; prove me wrong.

The website shows great pics of uncrowded location(s) with calm blue water. Our reality was quite different. Lots of boats, lots of people, very choppy water. Little instruction or guidance from our leader. The beer was good and cold, the white wine was undrinkable. We did not have the best weather day (overcast and a bit of rain), but we still expected a better experience.

Do not do this tour!

Only leaving 1 star as can't leave none. Do not do this tour it's not a small private boat tour. You meet at a petrol station red flag no.1 There are around 10 to 15 boats all from same company going out together. No life jackets on board and when we requested one as my husband can't swim they just looked at us and we're like yes on boat... Red flag no.2 no life jackets on boat. The driver was ok but drove like a maniac so much so at one stage all 8 in boat were lifted off seat quite scary. Entry to caves is quite dangerous as all these boats with people going at once. Red flag no.3 the just leave you at the beach and you have to jump into water to get to beach. Ridiculous as again no life jackets so how is someone that can't swin do this. I'll tell you with no help from drover that is. This tour was the worst ever and please don't be fooled by title or reviews as they are all filtered.

Dear Theresa, Red flag no.1 This is a shared tour not a private one how you have written. Red flag no 2. That morning we had in total 48 passengers on 6 boats, not 10-15 as you have written. Red flag number 3. You can clearly read on our site what life jackets are for= emergency and saving life's-not as replacement of swimming skills Red flag number 4. You have booked a speed boat tour, and it's normal for all speed boats that they are jumping on the sea It seems that you haven't read a description of this tour. However, I would like to thank you so in future, people like you, who are not reading description, hopefully will read your review and avoid going on swimming tour if they are not swimmer's. Nice boat trip, full of people everywhere

It was a good boat trip but we had a rude skipper and all the caves are packed full of people and boats - the caves are full and it was a bit of a mare to really get inside them and everywhere you swam, there was a boat right there. Nice boat trip and to have a good swim but I didn't think it was worth it for the price. We did a kayaking trip and definitely preferred that one.
