          Go to Pitti Palace BUT NOT WITH THIS VENDOR!!

          First of all - this 1 star review is for the ticket vendor, not the experience Pitti Palace and specifically Boboli Garden was one of the highlights of our Florence trip! The gardens are beautiful and a wonderful way to take a relaxing break from the city and enjoy nature and the company of friends and family! We easily spent 3-4 hrs there and I would return on my next trip to Florence! I booked this trip using Binge Tours on Viator and tried to pay with Paypal the first time. When I clicked to pay, I was routed to an unrelated webpage with no confirmation of payment. I checked my email and it looked like nothing had actually gone through. I figured it was a fluke and went back to the Viator website and booked using a credit card which appeared to go through fine. Then, I went to my email and noticed that the charge had now posted for both the Paypal and the credit card but my actual tickets hadn't been emailed to me yet. I immediately contacted the tour operator and got this reply "please note that your request has been received and we are trying to get a refund for you, allow us time until tomorrow to process the refund for one booking". I used only one of the two bookings. That was 7 days ago now and no refund or further communication from them.
