    We will meet on the steps of the Chiesa di Sant'Ambrogio (Sant'Ambrogio Church). It is located right in the piazza at the intersection of 3 streets.

    We will finish up the tour at an end point that is an easy walk to Ponte Vecchio or the Santa Maria Train Station.

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Our family of 4 (two teenagers) had an amazing time with our energetic, friendly and knowledgeable guide. We were able to taste a wide range of local foods and drinks in a variety of venues. Such a fun way to learn and experience Florence.

My husband and I have done several walking food tours in numerous cities, but this one was special!!! The one on one experience with Tatiana was exceptional! She instantly made us feel comfortable, and we enjoyed three full hours getting to know her. We felt like great friends by the time we parted ways! The food choices were exceptional and filling, the sites warm and quaint, and the company was exquisite. This was truly the highlight of our trip here thus far, and recommend this experience hands down!!! THANK YOU Tatiana, you were a jewel! We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon with you.

Tatiana was an absolute gem. So much knowledge of Florence and the local food spots. This tour was the highlight of our 3 days in Florence. My daughter and I spent a delightful afternoon with Christy, and it couldn’t have been better! Not only is Christy passionate about the food culture of her city, she is a fantastic communicator and was so easy to connect with. She was gracious and easy to talk with, and the places she took us were out of this world! My favorite parts were learning about and sampling coccoli in the local market, and the amazing panini at I Fratellini which might have been the best sandwich I’ve ever put in my mouth. Thank you, Christy! We will recommend you to all of our friends!

Christy did an awesome job! She’s very knowledgeable about the city and what it has to offer in food, wine and just helpful information. The wine room was sooo unbelievably cool! Food was delicious too! I would suggest this tour when first getting to Florence because it would be very helpful in introducing you to what the city has to offer.

Christie was the best friend to make in Florence. We were overwhelmed with all the touristy parts of the city. Christie showed us the hidden gems, the very best pastries, paninis, wine bar, gelato, and more. By far the best experience we had in Florence.

We had a fantastic time on our tour with Tatiana! She clearly loves food and where she lives and brought us to the places she usually goes, showed us other places to go and wrote us a list of everything we had, where we should go if we were looking for specific foods and drinks. She is very knowledgeable about the history and culture as well. We loved that it was just myself and my husband it felt very intimate and enjoyable. 100 percent suggest booking this tour

I was very fortunate to have Tatiana all to myself. She took me to many places for a variety of foods and a very good wine pairing. She was very engaging and honestly it felt like we were too old friends walking around Florence talking about our lives and stopping here and there for something to eat. They truly exceptional experience, especially as a solo traveler.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed this food walking tour. For us the highlights were visiting the Sant Ambrogio market and the wine bar. The market was less crowded and ''touristy'' than the central market, which we greatly appreciated. The wine bar and it's underground cellar were a great sight and the wines sampled were great. In addition to this, there were coffees, biscuits, sweets and a sandwich. Christy was friendly, knowledgeable and we would certainly recommend this tour to others.

A MUST DO tour for foodies

It was an absolute pleasure spending the afternoon with Christy, walking around Florence, eating amazing local food and supporting small businesses. The samples were the perfect size at each of the places we stopped, with a nice blend of sweet and savory eats. I wish we could have a food tour with Christy in every European city!! Highly recommend, 10:10 ❤️

Our Florence food tour with Christy was such a great experience for our group of 5. Christy was so knowledgable and really tailored the tour to our group which included 2 picky tweens. She was very patient with us and altered the tour to make sure they could get the Italian pizza they were craving. She really felt like a friend and our kids said she was the favorite tour guide we had during our 9 night cruise and we had a lot. All if the stops offered a great taste of Florence along with a fun story. We really enjoyed our time with Christy

Wonderful Guide, Wonderful Experience

Had a great time with Christy and would higly recommend time with her in Florence. The tour was a great window into Florence cuisine. She took us to places we would have never come across and gave us insight into how the history of the city influenced the food. The tastings she chose we're excellent and we ended up going back later in our trip with other members of our family. After the tour Christy put together an email with some restaurant and shopping recommendations which we're very helpful. The fact she was from our home town (Rocheter, NY) was an unexpected 'small world' bonus. Any trip to Florence should have Christy as part of the itinerary.
