Unexpectedly educational food tour in 2.5 hours

Tasting of typical Floretine foods in non touristy spots. Especially enjoyed the informative tasting experience of Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, truffles, and pistachio cream. The authentic Gelato tasting was a delightful end to this tour. Our guide also gave historic significance of foods and places we walked through. Highly recommend!
