This boat trip was the highlight of our trip! The boat captains were friendly and very informative. We loved learning about the homes and yachts that we saw along the way. The tour into the city was beautiful. They played fun music and really encouraged everyone to relax and have fun. I'd definately recommend this trip to anyone visiting the area

Not a family friendly cruise

I would recommend this cruise for the young adult crowd but not for families. This cruise is BYOB and the crowd was fairly rowdy and some were more interested in a booze cruise than sightseeing. I am all for having a good time but the two kids on the cruise were completely bored. Captain Jennifer gave the required Coast Guard safety speech then proceeded to perform some sort of fancy somersault move hanging over the railing then showed us his twerking moves, with two kids onboard. Not impressed.

We received information to pull into parking lot and take a ticket, then we’re told that parking was not included. It was $15.00. Then the boat docked for 20 minutes at a bar, so the crew could refill the toilet paper, reducing our time on the water, missing sunset. That should have been done before we left! The person doing the narration was very hard to hear and needs a microphone as what he said was very interesting. The music and dancing and scenery were good.

This was the best experience I have ever had while visiting Fort Lauderdale. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable and hospitable to us, it was a pitty that I didn't had any live cash on me so that I could've tipped him for being so accommodating to us. I normally do research before purchasing but I did not this time. I wanted a sunset cruise with heavy hors d’oeuvres and drinks but couldn’t find that so settled for just the cruise. I called and asked if the boat went out into the Ocean and I was told that it would. Upon arrival at the bait there were a not a few people waiting to board so I figured even though the boat was small it would be fine. Next thing I know a bunch of people arrive and more and more come. We were packed on that little boat like sardines it was ridiculous. Last year I toured with Hubbard Marina sunset cruise for half the price and they served unlimited beer and wine! The tour guide on the boat is the only reason this gets three stars. He was very informative and hysterical.
