My sister was visiting from Chicago. I recently moved to Florida. I wanted to snorkel, but was concerned about how strong the ocean waves were because we had to swim out to the reef. Our guide, John, was very reassuring so we went for it! He recommended a 7am tour because the water would be calmer. His two additional guides were great. John gave us information about the different fish and the coral reef. We really enjoyed it and are excited about doing it again. Thank you.

Tyler was great. We saw sharks, a stingray, lots of fish. We found conch shells and a sand dollar. Tyler was thoughtful and mindful that he had a senior citizen and a minor with him. It was just the 3 of us and we couldn’t ask for more.

Very nice experience hesitated to go with my son and nephew I was little scared but Ely was absolutely the best to prepare us and explained everything about the trip so after all stress went away and it was really nice experience Definitely recommend this company and Ely

Omg !! my husband did not want to join as he has knee issues . I thought it would be hard for me with a 14 year old and a 5 year old . But our guide Johnny was the best and helped with my 5 year old the whole way . I would rate a 100 the best guided tour I’ve ever been on .

We all learned something even John the guide. We saw so many fish and parts of a ship wreck. Very cool experience.
Snorkel experience canceled

I am unable to offer a review of the snorkeling tour. I received a call canceling the tour as my Uber ride was dropping us off for the tour due to rough seas. I understand the liability and safety concern. However, they knew the ocean conditions when the tour was booked the same day. It would've been appreciated to not book at all and at the very least canceled before nearly arrival time. I could've planned something else and not wasted the expense of an Uber there and back for nothing. I do also understand things sometimes happen. I am awaiting the refund for my family.

I was reviewing your order and noticed that you made the listing at 8:43am, a call to notify you of the cancellation was made by our records at 9:00am, 11am, and 12:40pm. Our records also indicate that the 12:40pm call was the only one that was answered. We try our best to take customers out on a safe and enjoyable snorkel experience and unfortunately your day was not the best, but we also try to accommodate groups that do want to go snorkeling even if the conditions are not perfect. I can see that you have already been issued an immediate refund and I hope that you give us a try again some time. We take out the best snorkel tours in Fort Lauderdale as long as mother nature works with us.

Fun tour, I recommend taking the paddle boat for easier access to reefs. John was very was very knowledgeable and made the tour very fun for us.
