At Pelican Beach Grand Resort on the beach. For motion sickness we recommend taking Dramamine. Pls bring towels with you, a shirt you can wear in the water and or a one piece bathing suit for friction on the seabob.

We provide you with masks at no charge. Wet suits are available optionally for an upcharge during the winter time.
Showers are available on the beach, however there are no changing rooms available.
Near public transportation

No license is required to operate a seabob, and you will be provided with a short safety briefing and instruction prior to your tour.
Clothing is of choice, however a long sleeve shirt is recommended to ride on the seabob to protect from the sun and also from the friction between the seabob and the pilot belt. You should also bring a towel and sandals for the beach and put sunblock on.
Not recommended for pregnant travelers
Most travelers can participate
You do not need to know how to swim to participate in this tour. However, you are required to wear a pilot belt which will be attached to the seabob while operating which makes it very safe. The seabob also acts like a life jacket and floats on the surface. While in the water we always have one of our instructors out there with you.
Seabob operators must be at least 10 years of age with parental consent and supervision.
No weight limit, but must fit in security harness.
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

This was a REALLY fun experience. The staff that assisted us we’re super friendly and knowledgeable. It was like swimming with friends. VERY COOL EXPERIENCE. It’s important to note that the ocean can be unpredictable but it was a great time using the ski bobs and swimming with the fishes! Loved it

This was an amazing adventure! It fit exactly what we were looking for! My husband is a bit nervous in the water and not a strong swimmer, I love to Scuba and Snorkel.. This allowed us both to enjoy! The staff was amazing and showed how much they enjoy doing it.

We had such a great time. Rene and Chris were amazing. They made sure we were comfortable and safe. Their instructions were very clear. We were all a bit nervous at first but it is sooo worth it. What a great adventure!!

Loved it! Definitely recommend I actually have a fear of swimming in the ocean but love the ocean so much so decided to try this considering how far out we went I’m shocked I didn’t once get scared! Definitely recommend taking Dramamine prior if you get motion sickness I definitely didn’t think it affect me if I was in the water but it did. Will def do this again!

The SeaBobs were great with Chris leading the team and Rob making sure all was set up properly. Wetsuits and a GoPro topped off the service of this activity. Saw coral reefs and even sharks. A must do activity when in Fort LauderDale.

Great Day in the Ocean

Got the chance yesterday to try snorkeling using a SeaBob. If we ever live near an ocean, I'm getting one. I was super happy because the owner of Beach Ventures in Ft Lauderdale was willing to take me out when I was the only one. We got three last minute companions which made it even better. Check them out if your in the area! We saw so many beautiful fish, held a conch and returned it to his home in the ocean and I got a little bit of a tan. Rene, the owner, was fabulous!

This is an awesome, unique experience that sets itself apart from the ‘regular’ water activities. Rene was great and the Sea-bob’s were very easy to maneuver.
