    Pickup details

    For a standard pickup (i.e. from a hotel, Airbnb or home address), your chauffeur will wait for 30 minutes before leaving the pickup point. For Airport pickups your chauffeur will wait for 60 minutes for domestic flights and 120 minutes for international flights before leaving the pickup point. Port of Cruise pickups will include a 60 minute wait time before the Chauffeur leaves the pickup point. The first 15 minutes are complimentary and will not be taken away from your standard wait times. On Hotel pickups, your departure time is 2 hours prior to your flight's departure for domestic flights, or 3 hours prior to your flight's departure for international flights. Your chauffeur and vehicle will be at the front of the hotel. Please inform the doorman that you have a car coming to pick you up. Many times the chauffeur is unable to park his car directly in front of the hotel and may be parked along the side of the hotel's driveway. The doorman should know which vehicle is yours because our chauffeurs announce themselves to the doormen when they first arrive. If you have provided us with your mobile number, an hour prior to pickup you'll receive a text message with the chauffeur's name and mobile number.

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

    No one ever showed up and all I got two days before was a text with the barcode to scan IF they would have showed up!! I called (Viator)at the airport they gave me another number to call assuming this is the company that was suppose to pick us up and they stated they don’t have any reservation. Again, I never got anything from another company telling me where to be at. I called my bank to get my money back.

Once you made us aware we offered to send a driver but you had already booked another transportation option.     Everything turned out fine, but we almost didn't have enough room for the luggage. Six people going on a week cruise will have a lot of luggage, especially if there are three women! We had 5 big bags and 4 small bags plus backpacks. We ended up putting some luggage on our laps, but like I said, everything turned out ok.

    Booked a simple shuttle ride to the airport. This company after I booked it through this website cancelled our shuttle without telling us. Good thing I was checking emails our I would have been stranded. Was able to rebook through another company.

When you the booked the trip 12 hour prior to your pickup we were completely booked and sold out so email was the only way we could communicate. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    You screwed up the reservation and cancelled and then have the nerve to ask for a survey you want more my husband is in a wheelchair which is why I prebooked you to leave us stranded at the cruise port in Miami. Would you want that to be done to you when you have just got off a relaxing cruise and then trying to find your way to fort lauderdale Airport not knowing the area. NO! I will never use or recommend your service infact I would tell anyone who would listen to avoid your service. You had better not try to charge my account

    One we did not screw up the reservation Viator gave us the itinerary check your email. Then we sent you a pre email the night before and phone call. The pickup we were given was in Fort Lauderdale and we don’t have nor want your credit card. Email was sent with screenshots to you as well. Check with your booker Viator before you post false claims
