Our reservation was for a later time, flight got in early. They made it way to pick us up and kept in contact every step of the way. The driver was awesome, little guy with a heavy foot..lol.. we had about 18 suitcase and 8 people. I will diffently use them again.

Driver Was Very Late!!

Our plane arrived at 10:10 in Fort Lauderdale. We did not get picked up until 11:35. I had to call to see where the driver was when they should have been calling me to let me know they were going to be late. We had (12) people standing around with no where to sit outside the airport. I have used this service before in Vegas and the whole experience was great no problems.

the trip from our hotel to the cruise ship was problematic. He arrived 1 hour late. he was given the wrong information and showed up at the wrong hotel. He then had to drive to the correct hotel where we were. he was otherwise very courteous and got us to the ship in plenty of time. the trip back was uneventful. the driver showed up on time and got us to the airport with no problems,

Requested a car seat for my 3 year old, which was provided however was not installed in the vehicle. It flopped around in the backseat I ended up having to use a booster seat instead. Driver also did not wait for me to buckle my child or myself in before shutting the lights off and flying out of where we were picked up (the airport)

Used round trip service,vomit from the airport the driver arrived sooner than he was suppose to come and rushed us while we were trying to get our luggage. Threatening us he was going to leave after he arrived early. Coming back from our cruise we didn’t get picked up until 3 hrs later after the time he was suppose to arrive. I kept calling the driver and he kept saying he was 5/10mins away but he wasn’t and we almost missed our flight. Very Very bad experience!
