Old and uncomfortable

Driver very friendly and professional. Car arrived timely. Vehicle did not match cost. We paid $80 per person to be crammed into an older full size car. My sister had to hold her bag in her lap.

Dear Michelle, We are very sorry that your trip was not comfortable. Unfortunately, you did not tell us the amount of your luggage. For three passengers we provide sedan cars. Therefore, for your company of three passengers, a Lincoln car and this model of a luxury car were provided. If you are told that your luggage is over the limit, we will provide you with an SUV.
