Our Dallas flight to Fort Myers, Florida was delayed two hours. I had called our driver from Dallas to advise him of the delay and he said no worries. It was a joyful relief to receive a message upon our arrival that he was at the airport. This was our first time using Viator. Certainly will not be the last! Five star service!!!!
