Please check in at our office 30 minutes prior to your flight time. We recommend bringing sunglasses, a jacket, camera, and shoes you don’t mind getting wet. Our only base operates from Franz Josef. Cancellations within 24hours due to customer booking the wrong location will not be refunded.

- Please let us know if you have limited mobility e.g. injury, arthritis or recent surgery? There are two high ladder style steps into the helicopter. This information could effect what helicopter we fly you in.
- Our helicopter seats are 40cm wide. If you would like extra space or are wider than this we highly recommend booking a comfort seat which guarantees an empty seat next to you.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

What an amazing adventure. Beautiful views from the helicopter but probably more memorable was the glacier after we landed. The ice was like a sparkling wonderland as it glistened in the sun!! Thanks for an awesome experience that we’ll never forget.

We really enjoyed seeing the glacier via helicopter. We were lucky that the weather cleared enough to go up, however, the weather also made it unsafe to do a snow landing, so that was a little upsetting. The company tried to take us to a different glacier for a landing, but the weather was uncooperative and they put safety first, which of course, they should. It was a really beautiful experience, and I am really glad that we did it. The staff was friendly and informative, and we felt confident in their skills.

Our snow landing was cancelled due to low cloud cover and incoming rain, but we were offered the helicopter flights over the two mountains instead (or a reschedule, but we were only there for the one night).
The staff were really friendly and the flight and views were amazing.

Highly recommend this flight with snow landing, we absolutely loved it. We felt safe and Gus and his team are so professional and helpful. The whole experience was amazing, it really is a must do while in Franz Josef. A big thank you to Nicole who picked up on a booking error I made (wrong date!). Nicole got in touch and sorted it all out so that we were able to fly in the same helicopter on the same date as our friends we were travelling with. So very grateful, thanks Nicole!

A great time, great staff, spectacular scenery we weren't able to land on the snow because of high winds, so they added an extra glacier to the helicopter tour. Well done all around

We decided last minute to do this. We were on the fence because of the price. We figured it was once in a lifetime and it was. We are SO glad we did this helicopter ride! The views were breathtaking and the pilot was so nice. We got a few minutes to hangout on top of a mountain in the snow! Our kids had a snowball fight. You can bring your phone and take all the photos you want! Incredible!

Smooth flight and sites you can't enjoy from the ground. Pricey but well worth the cost. Very professional organization from star to finish.
