This Grand Canyon Jeep tour begins with hotel pickup in the town of Tusayan, Arizona, then travel to Grand Canyon National Park’s South Rim.
Explore the South Rim, traveling along Rim Trail, a 13-mile road between the South Kaibab Trailhead west to Hermit's Rest. Admire the dramatic rock formations, canyons, and cliffs while learning about the area’s history and geology. Take pictures at scenic stops like Bright Angel Trail, Yavapai Point, Mather Point and finally, Grandview Point – at an elevation of about 7,400 feet, the highest point of the Grand Canyon’s South Rim.
At the end of the tour, receive a ticket to the National Geographic Visitor Center’s IMAX Theater to watch “Grand Canyon: the Movie,” an entertainment experience unlike any other. Being here, inside the movie, is as good as being there, in the Grand Canyon, with a screen that’s over six stories tall and 12,000 watts of earth-shaking, digital surround sound power. Attend the movie at any time that is convenient, during normal operating hours.

I really hate to post this since we are fans of Pink Jeep Tours and have had 3 amazing tours with them in Sedona, but I would not recommend this tour. We would have gotten much more viewing opportunities in two hours had we driven ourselves, and we could have taken in the beauty of the canyon rather than having our guide ramble on without a breath for 2 hours about the rock layers. He was friendly, he was enthusiastic and passionate about geology which I respect, but he never stopped talking about the same thing for 2 hours straight, completely disregarding his audience and what they wanted. We didn't feel like we had time to take in the beauty of the canyon and enjoy any peace and quiet with the experience. All 5 of us thought this was a poor experience. It's also worth noting on this tour, you drive on a paved road in which most of the time you can't see the canyon, you can only see it when your guide stops to let you view, which he did at 3-4 locations.

The Grand Canyon is magnificently picturesque! The beauty of the environment and the presence of the wildlife was complimented be they knowledge of our guide, William T! This was certainly a fantastic experience and suitable for all ages!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. I was worried how our 9 and 11 year old would hold up throughout the 2.5 hour tour. But William was amazing and they were captivated. As was the entire family. William made sure to take us off the beaten path, where we didn’t have to fight for views. Experiencing our voices echoing off the walls of this majestic canyon will forever live in our memories. Thank you again William!

Tour guide Brian (B.T.), was an awesome guide! Very informative and a safe driver. We got to spend time at each stop to marvel at the grandeur of the canyon's South Rim.
