Grand Cayman is a tender port, please disembark as early as possible to avoid missing your tour. You may request "priority tender" on-board your ship
On arrival to the cruise port, look for the "AMVIVO" sign located at the gazebo next to the North Terminal. Feel free to ask the port authority staff for directions, if necessary.
Check-in will start at 8:40 AM

If your ship dock's somewhere other than George Town, please take a cab over to meeting location downtown
If you arrive to the meeting location too early and don't see anyone from Amvivo do not panic, there are shops and free Wifi spots within 100 feet from the meeting point where you can wait around and kill time.
If you have a car, parking is available behind the Bayshore Mall in George Town
This tour is not recommended for cruise passengers with departure time 1pm (local time) or earlier

Ok tour

The tour was okay, our driver/guide Andrew was nice but sometimes difficult to hear and understand when he was speaking over the PA system. The stops were ok. The last stop was the beach for one hour which was just enough for a quick dip in the ocean and some time to dry off. The Beach was crowded but nice. Next time I will just go to the beach. Overall an average tour.

Andrew our tour guide was excellent. Tour was very good but keep in mind this stopped about an hour at the beach so if beach is what you want for longer then choose one of their other tours. It was fine for me.

We ended up having our guide, Nicholas all to ourselves as the other members of the tour may have been late with their cruise ship. He was very knowledgeable and kind! Great tour for the value.

Grand Cayman Tour

Rum factory was good. 7-mile beach was ok if intended to swim. Beach was clean and beautiful. Hell was unique but did not live up to expectation. Tour of city was interesting and informative. However, upon arrival to our tour gathering, our driver was delayed and then we along with 4 other passengers were then put on the two remaining buses and crammed us in. My wife was asked to sit on the temporary aisle seat with no backing and poor visibility. I was asked to seat up front with the driver which had no door access and would have been forced to climb over the seat partition which I could not do my injured knee. We were told the original driver would meet us at the 1st stop at the rum factory but upon arrival we were then told he canceled his part of the tour and we had to remain on the other two buses under cramped conditions. I would not recommend this operator.

Great 4 hour toue

The meeting area was right off the cruise ship for celebrity. Super convenient! They broke us into small groups of no more than 12 and we travelled by a/c newer vans. Saw so much of Grand Cayman and the stops were excellent!’ Mr Smooth Leron was our tour guide and driver and was excellent! Please ask for him!!! Highly recommend

Leo, our guide, was very knowledgeable. We learned so much about the island! The rum factory was wonderful. Some stops on the trip were closed from the storm but it is a very informative excursion. Ask for Leo to be your guide! Not for those who don’t want to get educated about the history and culture of the islands.

Our driver was very knowledgeable and a great driver. Our group was 16 passengers, the van was clean and comfortable. All stops were good, and timing on each stop was perfect. I would recommend this for anyone that hasn’t been to Cayman before.

Wasn't worth it

Our driver left and sent someone else who was rude. He then suggested that because we were an hour behind ( due us arriving when the shuttle boat picked us up from the ship as we can only arrive after exiting the ship accordingly. We have no control over that) Leo offered to shorten, and skip some portions to give us the hour at the beach that we desired. Only to have less than 30 mins after segments of the tour being skipped and cut short

Our guide was very professional and though there were very few people (9) he did not let that deter his enthusiasm and guided tour. I had a great time. I even got to get a kiss from a dolphin!

Tour is worth the money

Tortuga rum cake sample at Tortuga was very tasty. You sample ONE rum flavor, nothing more. My friend bought a cake in the green box that they claim is exclusive to the island. It tasted nothing like the sample we tasted. Didn’t realize we were stopping by a Dolphin sanctuary. We had 30 mins there. Hell we had 10 mins. Definitely no time at the stops. Tortuga we had like 15 mins at the stop.

Nice tour of the West End

Andrew was a great tour guide. Very funny, friendly, and gave us a lot of knowledge about the Cayman Islands. NOTE: the beach will be PACKED, but this is not the fault of the tour company or our guide. Also, the short walk to the bus (less than 10 minutes) gave us an opportunity to see the stingray statue. We had someone with a folding walker on our tour and she was able to get in the bus OK (plus Andrew made sure to being the bus to her so she didn'tdo the initial walk to the bus), but I think this tour would be impossible or very hard for someone with a wheelchair or who has difficulty getting up and down any steps. We had to take a taxi to get down to the meeting place, but Andrew offered to drop us off at our hotel on the way back.
