Good morning, please reframe from bashing our company. During the time your ship didn't dock we call Viator to cancel all ship bookings. Due to bad weather on a small island our internet services went down. The other group who had book to go along with you were refunded. We don't receive your money when you pay it is a whole week later that we receive it. This is totally unfair to slander our company for something we do not control. Please take the problem up with Viator as they are aware of It we are not the owners of viator we just basically work for them
