Royal was very...

Royal was very accommodating towards us. He wasn’t taking any clients on that day but took us still because of an admin lapse online. We really appreciate him showing us around filing us in with the history and details of the island. We had alot of fun and we felt mostly safe during his care. Thank you so much God bless you !

BEWARE!! Cruise ship could not port and no refund!

Vacationer beware!!! Our Carnival cruise ship could not port at Grand Turks due to weather. Despite repeated messages sent and phone calls thru WhatsApp to the tour operator, we got no response and no refund.

Good morning, please reframe from bashing our company. During the time your ship didn't dock we call Viator to cancel all ship bookings. Due to bad weather on a small island our internet services went down. The other group who had book to go along with you were refunded. We don't receive your money when you pay it is a whole week later that we receive it. This is totally unfair to slander our company for something we do not control. Please take the problem up with Viator as they are aware of It we are not the owners of viator we just basically work for them

Horrible No Show

Extremely unhappy! The operator never showed up to meet. Multiple people on the island called “Royal” and he never answered. They also stated that he no longer has horses. I looked forward to this excursion. This experience was very disheartening.

Please don't accuse us or Royal of this to damage our name. We gave you a full refund and explained to you that the booking you did last minute did not show up on our system in the refund request you did but God is watching. And we technical difficulties with out phone. You never got an experience because we didn't met and you 2 ladies got your money back. We will not expect this as only we are a no show of your on a different island.

Ride da Rhythm was a no show

We did not have a great time because the Ride da Rhythm was a no show. We verified we were in the correction location (there is only one place in Grand Turk to meet). We asked a policeman to call him and he did more than once and the phone was not answered. We waited for over 30 minutes. Several Grand Turk natives (Including the policeman) told us he was unreliable. Since it's a small island they all know each other. We expect a full refund. I will disputing this charge on my credit card if we do not receive a full refund.

No horse no guide

No one showed up to take us on our ride. There was no way to contact provider. We did not get to enjoy the excursion! Very disappointing.

This description says Cockburn Town Grand Turk not Providenciales we do not operate on the Provo so there would be a no show. Please study which Island you are going Turks and Caicos because we are made up of 42 islands and cays. If I went to Florida and paid for a tour from you for Miami and thought i was in Tampa and the description says Miami FL is it really your fault I thought Tampa was the whole Florida.

Absolutely horrible from beginning to end!! It started with the guide "Rythm" being late to pick all 11 of us up. Then he told us we had to pay for our own taxi which was part of our excursion, then he was unable to accommodate any of us, then wanted us to go to to an ATM and pay him cash and he'd "cancel" our reservations. Horses drug in and tied to back of car. (I have video). Horses with bloody noses and whip marks and very under weight. We never got the excursion we paid for!!! I want a refund!!

We loved this excursion. Royal was our guide and he told us so much about the island. It was fun to take the tour on horse back & swim in the ocean with the horses. Royal took great pics of us. I would highly recommend doing this excursion.

We did this excursion with Royal. He was very nice, polite and informative. But...we walked the horses around a selina that was so filled with trash and garbage...it was disgusting. I would have been completely embarrassed if this were my tour to give and walked people through those conditions. We were in the water for about 1 1/2 minutes and then walked down the beach. The tour says water/soda included, there was none of that. This tour lasted about 30-45 minutes tops...not 1 1/2 hours as described. We were disappointed in the whole experience. The best part was when it ended, and we went to the bar across the street for a drink!

Riding onto the beach and into the water on horseback was an amazing experience. Our guide (Royal) picked us up and gave us an island tour on the way to where the horses were located. Royal did a great job getting us situated and guiding us along the way. My wife hasn't ridden horses much before but she wasn't anxious since Royal guided us. He did a great job telling us history of the island and fun facts while we rode the horses to the beach.

Disappointing. Would not recommend.

The ride was nothing like the description, so we were quite disappointed. For starters, it was raining heavily about an hour before our scheduled time, so I tried to contact Royal to ask about rescheduling, but he didn't respond to my message until later that evening. There was also some miscommunication about where the tour would start, and it did not start on time. We spent 95% of our time on a slow walk around the town, with each horse being led the entire time. My guide (Royal) talked to me about the sites, but the other 2 guides were silent, and Royal did not speak loudly enough for the other riders to hear anything he said. We did get to go into the water for the last 2-3 minutes, so we got the pictures, but it was definitely not worth what we paid for it. In addition, the saddles had no stirrups and no saddle horns, so there was nothing to hold onto, and because the saddles were wet, they were slippery, so I was not able to relax at all because I was afraid I would fall off if I didn't stay alert every second.

Where do I begin...This was the most disorganized waste of time for a non-existent morning of horseback riding. I was scheduled for the first ride of the day in Grand Turk - eager to arrive early my husband escorted me to booth 1 -my designated meeting place -as per my ticket. As other people arrived they did not appear to be prepared for a morning of riding -the person at booth #1 informed me that they had no such tour and to go ask the tour manager - which we did - they directed us to the information booth - he told us how to get to old village, past the beach venders, past the abandoned hotel that looked like a boat and there we would see the horses on the right. HA HA after walking back to the information booth he reassured us to keep walking. Mind you there was no signs, no indication that horses were part of the beach activities-when we asked a security person he told us to go back to our original stop at booth #1 , fortunately we knew better as he had to be guessing! We returned to our hike along the beach , past old village, past the abandoned hotel and saw 2 ladies selling some sort of beverages. We asked them about the horses and they told us "he isnt here today, not busy enough, when he is here he is usually in the empty, unmarked pavilion behind" (sic)them. in the pavilion there were two security/police uniformed gentlemen who said they knew who I was looking for and they would try to call him - calls were unsuccessful. They told me to look for a short man with dreads and a horse t-shirt. We waited until 10:00 with no success and no horseback riding. We continued looking for signs or some indication that this was our meeting place. My morning was a waste as it was too late to sign up for any other tours. Interestingly, after we returned to our home in the states there was a voice mail from Victor asking where I was!! We did not have wi fi while we were traveling as it was a vacation. I hope Viator returns my tour fee and makes good on this disaster of a day. That is the ONLY way we will EVER go on another Viator tour.

We never went on this horseback riding experience. First of all it was very difficult to find the meeting place for this experience. We had to ask multiple people where to go and then some of the people weren’t even sure themselves. There was no sign or anything helping to give directions to the pick up place. Once we did find it and took the car to the excursion site, car was not equipped for 9 people, some of us had to ride on the others lap, we were extremely disappointed and upset in the conditions the horses were in. We told the owner about this and told him to take us back to the original meeting place as we couldn’t rightfully participate the way things were shown to us. On top of that there were 8 of us and only 4 horses that had no water, shade or good conditions. Needless to say we cannot recommend this place and are still awaiting to receive a refund.
