You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

When in Grand Turk, not to be missed. Review of Grand Turk - Amazing Wall Snorkeling Tour Reviewed yesterday via mobile Nicest and most informative people. Appears to be a local, family owned and operated business. From the check in with Faith Ann to the comedic and informative discussion with J-J, on the boat our group of 4 adults was treated well. Snorkeling was better than many of our other Caribbean experiences. Many varieties of fish and sea life at the drop off. Some others on the boat requested beer after the swim. Boat had only water and rum punch. The crew took us to a shoreside liquor store. Totally above and beyond our expectations. Also shared recommendations for great beachside jerk chicken. I booked the Grand Turk Amazing Wall Tour a week in advance. At that time Viator agent checked with Exclusive Escapes Tour and said there was space on that specific tour. When we met at the appointed time & place, I told the tour guide which tour we had booked; he did not acknowledge me. We booked a 3 snorkeling site tour, but got one snorkeling site and free time at Gibbs Cay! We (2) were herded on a small boat with 10 other guests and 2 crew. It was crowded. The website stated: "US Coast Guard Approved Boating Certification"; I doubt it. The boat had 2 outboard motors, one of which was not in proper running condition. Several of the hand rails were not attached to the hull! The website also stated: "Guests need to be able to enter and exit the boat using the boats ladder with minimal assistance." I would not call a 3 foot vertical piece of metal with several 6 inch horizontal bars along its length a ladder. Even the most fit guest had a very difficult time getting into the boat. I can not recommend Exclusive Escapes Tours-Grand Turk.

Grand Turk’s Amazing Wall is a coral reef drop-off that begins in depths of 25–30 feet and plunges to depths of over 7,000 feet! The views of these drops are breathtaking, along with all the beautiful sea life you and your guests will see. Snorkelers can expect to see parrotfish, angelfish, squirrelfish, and snapper along with both hard and soft corals. Above sheltered reefs, schools of French grunts, blue tangs, and goatfish are common in addition too beautiful sea fans and sponges. It's with regret that you misread our description. Wish I could rate this tour, however, they switched my tour to something else without any notice. They put us on a boat with another company and we did not go to the wall. We did a kiddie snorkel and saw some stingrays. Not what I booked or paid for. It was not enjoyable. Might have been ok for small children, but not experienced snorkelers.

Great communication on location with pictures sent via text. Small group, friendly and engaging guides. Concerned for safety, but encouraged everyone to explore and enjoy. Water and snorkeling locations were amazing - saw more fish and sea life than on any other trip. Would highly recommend!

Loved seeing the colorful fish. Several novices were well taken care of. Josh was our leader in the water. He is a certified deep diver without tanks. Amazing how deep he could dive. Overall excellent experience.

Incredible trip and the highlight of our cruise. The process to synch up was simple and well organized. The guides (Jason and jason) were courteous, helpful and patient. I would highly recommend to anyone on the fence. We were back on the ship by 12:30 after stingrays and snorkeling.

Horrible tour

Absolutely horrible experience. Before we could even set off, one of the boat’s motors wouldn’t work. Eventually, they replaced the battery. However, the new battery was dead and had to be charged. We were more than 30 minutes late to begin our tour. Then, we went to the first site and were told that we couldn’t snorkel there because the water was not clear enough. We went to the second site and were told the same thing. At this point, we requested that they take us back to the starting point. We were told that everyone else was taking the longer excursion, and they didn’t have time to take us back because of the late start. We were taken to another island where we sat on the shore while the captain killed a conch by breaking it open with a hammer and cutting it up to feed to the others on the excursion. At last, they were ready to return, but the second motor could not be steered (because one of them had accidentally pulled off the steering fluid hose when throwing out the anchor). The captain called the office and requested that a boat be sent to pick us up, but he was told to try and make it back. The first mate then sat at the back of the boat and tried to turn the motor using his hands and feet (we have pictures). After limping along for over 30 minutes, the office finally sent another boat to help. They pulled up along side our boat and tied a rope to the front and back of our boat and pulled us back to the starting location. What was supposed to be a 2 hour tour took almost 5 hours. At this point, we had less than an hour before our ship sailed, so we had to go back to the ship without seeing anything else on the island. To add insult to injury, we were never contacted by the company who took us on the excursion to offer an apology, much less a refund, for everything that we and the others on this tour endured. I absolutely do not recommend this or any other tour with this company. In addition, I will never book another excursion through the Viator website.

A distress call was received, upon receipt the captain advised that all customers were safe and secured. Within 15 minutes, a rescue vessel arrived and ushered everyone back to their original point of departure with ample time to get back to their ship. We do not take your feedback and concerns lightly. BEWARE!!

I have been a long user of your services and regularly contribute to the platform. We travel frequently and always use your service to validate our destinations. For this tour, we arrived on the cruise ship the morning of the 31st to Grand Turk. The instructions provided said the tour leaves 1 hour after disembarkation and gave a meeting place. Our arrival time had changed a few times due to ship changes, but that morning it was 7:30am disembark. At 7:30am - 8:30am there was a storm above us with windy conditions. We continued to prepare to attend the tour, but we were leery. My wife gets very seasick and the conditions would have been very rough. She was probably not going to get on the boat for the tour due to the conditions, but we still moved towards the location on the confirmation. As we exited the boat, many people shared that their tours were cancelled. Including many other snorkel tours provided by Carnival and other operators. We were slowed by this news and wondered if our tour was canceled as well. We walked down the beach and arrived at the location at 8:50am. The weather was finally starting to clear at this time. However, the operator there said the boat had left 20 minutes earlier. Sure enough right on time... with no delay at all. I asked her if she had called us to check... she said no they don't call. Why? She said cell service is not good(even though we called others and other islanders called us to make other arrangements). Did she text? No. Did she email? No. Did she offer to get us on another tour? No, because no other tours were canceled. Did she try to get us on tour later in the day? No. In my 30 years of booking tours through various companies, every single one of them call to make sure you are going to attend the tour. They always contact you to make sure you don't miss it or assure they provide this customer service. In the past if you were late, they call you or they wait. If they would have called, I would have told them we would be there ASAP. We would have run to the boat, we would have told them we weren't going to make it... etc. But this operator did none of that and now wont issue any type of refund. Later we would find out that all other snorkel tours were canceled due to rough seas. This was confirmed by the owner of a local beach bar who made multiple phone calls to try and help us. She stated she was surprised the tour had gone out since no one else was. Another important factor is that the tour returned at 10:30am, which would indicate the tour was shorter than the 3 hours stated. I would guess this was due to unfavorable conditions. So beware!! I wanted to share this additional info and make sure no one else has this experience. Neither Trip Advisor or the tour company care at all. They just want the money. The instructions for the tour were a little vague and can be fluid due to ship arrivals and they did not wait or provide a grace period for your arrival. This tour didn't call or at least have any type of delay in their departure time due to the weather or sea conditions is very alarming. The island is beautiful and there are many other operators that actual care about you. And shame on Trip Advisor for being worthless to find a resolution...

On this particular date, all other guests via Carnival Mardi Gras showed up well in advance of the tour time. There was no inclement weather that would have prevented us from proceeding with the tour. If so, we would have immediately cancelled the tour and issued a full refund, as safety and customer service is our number one priority. We pride ourselves on providing very clear directions to our customers to avoid any miscommunication on our part, and will continue to improve on it as deemed necessary. However, it’s unfortunate that you arrived over 45 minutes late for your tour. It would not have been fair to the rest of our 15+ guests to further delay their tour, especially since you failed to reach out to us by phone/ text or the TripAdvisor message platform. As it relates to guest refunds, we are a small family owned business with limited seating. In addition, because of our exemplary customer rating and experiences, guests book far in advance to secure their space. It would not be prudent to refund money if there is negligence on the customers behalf such as failure to show as scheduled. A super fun snorkeling adventure!

Great crew and the snorkeling was beautiful- the reef was better than any I had seen in the Caribbean and the visibility was great - we were a little confused where to meet up for the excursion, but we’re relieved when a representative asked us if we were with their group and walked us right to where to meet their friendly staff and check in! I’d do it again and recommend it to others!

Our captain and guide were very good and informative. They took us to a beautiful shallow reef where we saw tons of fish. After that we went to the "Wall" where we saw more beautiful fish and a great drop off.

Smaller intimate adventure

Hello all, if you really want to go snorkeling with a company that listens, you can't beat this one as it is limited to 8 people and both the captain and the first mate are in the water with you to make sure you get to see everything. We were on a Carnival cruise and Carnival said the local company cancelled our Conch dive because of liability (my partner is deaf-blind) so we booked this one on line and they went out of their way to make sure she had a good snorkel. The owner even called the captain of the other boat that was on a conch dive and had him bring Angela a fresh conch shell!

Booking through trip advisor/viator was super easy and quick. I ended up having to book through the phone as I was having issues with my internet as we were leaving the port (yes, I was booking super last minute). The person on the phone was super professional and booked me quickly. My booking email and tickets were sent automatically before I lost complete connection and it was all clear and easy to understand. Upon arrival at the Beach, it was very easy ti find the exclusive escapes tent and guides. We were greeted by the owner of Exclusive Escapes, Bob. Bob runs his company with a lot of pride and heart. His excursion and operation are very organized and accommodating. I've been on many excursions around the world, and Exclusive Escapes is probably one of the best excursion companies I've experienced. After a few minutes of wonderful conversations while we waited for the last people in our group to arrive we quickly climbed aboard their boat and were taken on a wonderful trip out to the 2 reefs. The captain, Basco and his mate Marshal. were fantastic! Seriously, I've had some very serious and not very friendly experiences before with guides, these 2 guys were extraordinary. They shared great conversation and history with us and made everyone on the boat feel welcomed and cared for. I loved that we only had about 8 people on our snorkeling excursion. It was a small enough group to not get lost if you are worrisome in the water, but also a small enough group to not feel like you are being herded like cattle and constantly running into others. They feed the fish several times throughout the swim so that everyone is able to experience and see many fish. We spotted a Nassau Grouper and Basco free dove down and captured an awesome video for me using my camera. That was a very special treat as I am not a good free diver and would have never been able to capture such a wonderful memory on video. The experience itself was fantastic, as for the sites themselves, there's a lot of dead coral. Sadly we are seeing this in many amazing snorkeling and diving places. Most due to climate change and water temperature changes causing coral bleaching and then death. The wall (the second site) was much more alive and vivid compared to the first. Definitely a good place to SCUBA. But this does not change my rating because Exclusive escapes as a company was so amazing and exceeded my expectations! If we travel back to Grand Turk I would definately book again w/Bob and his crew

Easy walk from the cruise ship down...

Easy walk from the cruise ship down the beach to check in - staff was very friendly on the beach ... on the boat was a little different vibe though. Somewhat grumpy capt'n and sidekick take you out to the snorkel spots, but seems like other boats Like Chukka get in better positions closer to the coral so you don't have to swim out too far and they have better guides. The wall' experience was nothing special - but could be they didn't take us to the best spot again. Our 'guides' just jump in the water with their oatmeal and wait for the fish to swim around them. This is an okay tour for beginners, but if you are a experienced snorkeler you will not be happy. We saw great fish on the little beach just off the cruise walk way - actually saw an octopus and starfish there but not on the trip. FYI - the coral in grand turk has been pretty devastated by storms - and most are just gray murky reef areas. It was nice being on the boat for the couple hours, but the beach is just as easy if you have your own mask.

We booked the ultimate snorkeling tour which included snorkeling in a shallow 10-20ft area followed by a trip to the Amazing Wall drops off to several hundred feet. Finding the tent on the beach was easy, and the guy we checked in with was very professional. Our group had 19 people in it which was tiny compared to the massive groups that booked with Carnival. Upon arrival, he let us know that the others in our group booked the full package which included a trip to Gibbs Cay conch dive and sting ray encounter. We chose to upgrade for only 20 each, so our total was 85 per person. I paid him cash after the trip for the upgrade because he encouraged us to wait and see if we wanted to upgrade. There was no pressure to upgrade at all, but it was well worth it. Captains Eric and Gary were our guides, and the snorkeling was great. They got in the water with the group. Gary had empty water bottles with bread in them to attract fish which worked really well. Eric trailed the group and helped those who were not strong swimmers. On the way to Gibbs Cay, Gary dove into 25ft water and pulled up several conchs and a starfish. At Gibbs Cay, Eric showed us how they get the conch out of the shell. He then prepared a fresh conch salad ceviche right on the beach using the conchs Gary got on his dive. Gary attracted some of the stingrays to the shore, and we got up close and personal with them. These are memories I and my kids will never forget. The only issue we had was that we got hammered with spray sitting in the back of the boat on our way to the first two snorkel sites and to Gibbs Cay. This wasn't just a little spray. It was like getting buckets of water thrown in your face every 5 seconds. We tried covering up with towels, but that didn't work after they were soaked. This was largely due to some choppy conditions, and is not the fault of the crew. I just wish I knew to anticipate that possibility because I would have thrown a dry shirt in the bag to change into afterwards. All in all, this was a fantastic excursion and I'd totally recommend booking with this group. We were back at the beach by the port with a few hours left to explore and eat lunch on the ship.

Our snorkeling trip to the Turks and Caicos was amazing. Exclusive Escapes took good care of us. Since no one else had signed up for the Ultimate Snorkeling but did sign up for the upgraded tour that went to Gibbs Cay to touch the stingrays, we were automatically upgraded for free so we didn't need to back out of our trip. Snorkeling was wonderful. It has to be best place I have ever snorkeled as the fishes were abundant in both size and variety. Saw a turtle too swimming over the wall. Highly recommend the company and the experience.
