This was a fantastic experience! Our instructor May was really lovely and made the class very fun and engaging. Nice to Cook Your Own Vietnamese Meal

Learned what the ingredients for Bun Cha, Pho Bo, Papaya Salad, Hanoi Springrolls, and Egg Coffee are and how to make them. The instructions were easy and quick. Recommend you schedule your cooking time during lunch or dinner, because you make more than enough for a meal.

We enjoyed very much our cooking class with Emma and staff. She took us first to the market and explained about the different ingredients to be used in the recipes. We then started cooking the dishes as explained by her meticulously, and in a fun and ver personal manner. She involved everyone in the cooking somehow, without making anyone uncomfortable. Big thumbs up for Emma and this amazing Vietnamese cooking experience. Oh, by the way … we ofcourse got to eat everything ourselves!

I went with my daughter, it was fun walking around the street markets as a group. The markets were close by. Ruby was our head chef who taught us 5 amazing dishes which we ate as a group afterwards. This tour would not suit anyone who cant walk up 4 flights of steep stairs but I thoroughly recommend these classes.

Excellent, informative cooking class led by chef Kim. There were nine students. We started with a visit to the local market, then returned to the nearby cooking studio to prepare five dishes - beef pho, bun cha, crispy spring rolls with dipping sauce, green papaya salad, egg coffee. Lots of hands on time, with clear instructions from Kim who spoke good English. After, we enjoyed the fruits of our labour and were given take home recipes.
