    Great day trip to Lan Ha Bay! We had a fantastic day on the boat. The scenery is beautiful and the boat goes slowly allowing you to enjoy every second of it! The boat is also very cool with slides! The staff is friendly and helpful. Many many thanks to Mr Binh for all your explanations and recommendations, we had an excellent day thanks to you. Also thanks to Mr Jason who drove us safely from and back to Hanoi.

    It was nice to know you just show up and everything is taken care of from food to afety to activities. If you are looking for a guaranteed good time on a short time line this is for you. Will definitely book again for longer next time
    Do yourself a huge favour and skip Ha Long Bay and go to Cat Ba island

    It was a well planned tour. Binh, the tour guide was great in explaining the history of Vietnam and shared his personal experiences too. Cat Ba island is a great alternative to Ha long Bay. We opted for this tour as Ha long Bay is overcrowded and the bay is filled with plastic garbage. This tour is a mix of beaches and mountains. We went cycling through the cat ba village. Then we boarded the cruise again and went for kayaking and swimming. The cruise also has two slides and a diving area. After the swim we enjoyed the sunset with tea, fruits, cookies and cake. Overall, it was an amazing experience and worth every penny. I definitely recommend this tour over Ha Long Bay.

    A fantastic well organised tour. Would thoroughly recommend the trip and the company. The scenery itself was stunning and far quieter than the usual tourist route. The food provided was excellent and catered to a wide range of tastes. Drinks were cheap. We were able to use the free bicycles to explore cat ba island, also a fish foot massage and kayaking. Our children particularly enjoyed being able to jump off the boat into the water. The staff were without exception incredibly helpful and polite- a credit to the company. Genuinely a brilliant day.

    The food offered on cruise and the cruise itself, the activities. The tour guide took proper care of everything and explained in detail. The bus pickup and drop facility was good.

    I recently went on a tour that exceeded my expectations. It was not too crowded, the atmosphere was lively, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff on the cruise. The food was tasty. What truly made the experience unforgettable was our guide, who went above and beyond by sharing personal childhood stories, adding a cozy and intimate touch to the journey. Highly recommended for a delightful and memorable excursion.

    We had an incredible day! Charlie our tour guide went above and beyond, giving a list of restaurant recommendations for us around our hotel. Intimate tour, well paced, a lot quieter than Ha Long. We didn’t feel like we were in a tourist trap and fighting crowds.

    Binh is an amazing tour guide and honestly he's spoiled us for all future tours and I keep finding myself thinking back to this trip. His enthusiasm, constant barrage of information about everything, his pride in his line of work and his country just really allows you to experience the country fully. The cruise ship is absolutely amazing, Lan Ha Bay was definitely the better choice. The food served was luxurious and delicious and all arrangements were organised without issues. All the staff and crew on hand were extremely helpful and kind and honesty this was the only tour I've been on that I haven't been rushed off my feet. There is loads to do and loads to enjoy, take your time and enjoy with Binh. We had a small delay on our way back and he even arranged dinner for us! I really believe he is going to pioneer tourism to Cat Ba Island and Lan Ha Bay, and I'm rooting all the way for it! We need more tours like this, thank you so much for making our trip so special ❤️

    We had the best day out on the water with these guys! It’s a brand new boat and the crew were amazing. The chef was 10/10 and we had so much food, all super fresh and such good value for lots of seafood. They gave everyone fresh fruit and snacks in the afternoon and you can purchase smoothies and beers for a small cost. We enjoyed bike riding, kayaking and paddle boarding off the boat. They have hot water showers for after swimming as well. Honestly can not fault this day and 100% recommend doing the day tour around Lan Ha as it’s a lot less crowded then Halong and the surrounding villages are beautiful which you can explore by bike or golf cart they will give you the option.

    Spent a beautiful day in Lan Ha bay with Serenity cruise. We were looking for an experience away from ha long bay since we heard that was very crowded and chaotic. This was perfect, we had a small group on our cruise but even with more people it would have been just as great since there aren’t nearly as many cruise ships in Lan Ha bay and it made the experience so much nicer seeing the landscapes most of the day instead of other ships. The host and crew were all very kind and welcoming, wanting to make sure we enjoyed our time on board. Host was fantastic - he was with us all day from pick up to drop off and was very engaging even participating in stops along the cruise route with us. The lunch was phenomenal and drinks were available for purchase. It was a very long day including transportation, but beautiful beyond words and was worth it to cruise from cat ba island instead of ha long in our opinion.
    Cruise was excellent, just make sure the pick up in Hai Phong is good quality.

    We had a small issue with the collection of us from Hai Phong to Cat Ba Island (public transport was utilised which was dire , I understand this was due to only us 2 joining the trip from Hai Phong and this was a brand new offering, never the less I do think that the standard of transport was very poor and we were less than impressed) Once on Cat Ba we had no problems with the quality of the transport, orgainisation, food, or cruise or staff, they did everything possible to make up for the poor start to the day. We were given a taxi ride back to our hotel on the return. All in all if the pick up in Hai Phong is sorted then I would not hesitate to recommend this trip and would be happy to go again.
