Pickup is available from most centrally located hotels in Huatulco and surroundings, Vacation rentals and almost all points of interest. If your location is not inside of the pickup area we can arrange a meeting point. Please provide your accommodation details as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

As soon as we walk out of the airport our driver was there with a card with my name on it easy to find. They allowed us to get a drink before we got on the van. Friendly, quick, easy and clean. Got us to our destination without a problem. Were able to ask any questions we had and also offered their services for transport to other excursions etc..... Was at our resort to take us back to the hotel on time with no issues. Made transportation much easier and worry free. Would highly recommend.

Have used Viator from the Huatulco airport before. Nice ride from the airport to our hotel at the Barceló. Met us at the airport with our name on a sign and away we went. Very Quick!!!

I did not see the sign with my name on it, and my husband panicked and wandered off to where he thought he saw a bus! But the driver was understanding and patient, and was very informative about the area as he was driving us to our hotel. And he helped us with our bags — Excellent service!

We were at our pickup location about 15 mins early and our driver was already there. He was friendly but courteous and spoke good English to have had a lively conversation all the way to the airport. I am not sure of his name, Carlos? He is a retired air pilot. I would highly recommend this service and as an even better experience having the same driver. We are looking forward to the same courteous timely experience for our return ride from HUA to our abode in Huatulco.

We were batched in with a large group and so ended up on a large bus. The bus was fine but the organization for loading passengers was "sketchy".
