A:Food and drinks are welcome. However alcoholic beverages are not allowed under any circumstance for the safety and comfort of all of our guests.

A:Yes, we do have some trains with ramps that can accommodate scooters and/or wheelchairs, however, we request that you contact us at the phone number on your ticket at least 24 hours in advance to make preparations.

Tim was very knowledgeable about the history of Key West. He was funny and helpful in answering questions. Love that we could hop on and off whenever we wanted. I would definitely recommend this tour to familiarize yourself with Key West.

We rode the World Famous Conch Train 3 times on 04/05/24 and had 3 different engineers. Loved how each one had a little different narrative to tell. It was a great way to see some interesting areas and to hear the history of Key West. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t hear the conductor. Mic or speaker were not working and would break up the sound. By the time they could fix the problem, the tour was over and no more trains for the day.

The Conch offers an excellent way to see and learn about key west. It is a good activity for kids, my 10 year old enjoyed it.

Length of tour was good value for money. Most of staff running the tour were pleasant ( our tour guide not so much) Highlights of key west were well highlighted. If you don’t get the second or third seat on the train car you are in for an uncomfortable ride. The audio on our tour was terrible and cut in and out and we were disappointed by this.
