Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

It was great experience of parasailing. My family thoroughly enjoyed it. Boat pilots were also great. We did first time so we were had lil nervous 😰 but thank god boat plitos were so Jolly nature that they kept the environment so calm and relax. That we did so smooth. So I highly recommend to everyone.

We did this activity on our last day in the Keys and it was amazing. The crew was terrific in terms of having a great pace, making us feel safe, and making sure that we were entertained and had a great time. We also appreciated the captain asking how much water we wanted, referring to how soaked we wanted to get, we said a little and he did a perfect job of that. Will certainly use them again on our next trip.
