Pick up and drop off at your hotel within central Ao Nang only. If your hotel is outside our pick up area, you have to come to the meeting point in front of McDonalds in Ao Nang (at beach road). NOTE 1: We do not pick up from accommodations in Krabi Town. If your accommodation is in Krabi Town, the meeting point is at Big C shopping mall on Phet Kasem Road. NOTE 2: We can not pick up from Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas Krabi and resorts at Railay, since they are not accessible by car. Meeting point is in front of McDonalds on beach road (Ao Nang).

- The Blue Lagoon might be closed to visitors from May until October because of the breeding season of a rare bird species.
- You need to climb 1260 stairs to the top, so a degree of physical fitness is required. Once you make it to the top, you are rewarded with stunning views of the surrounding countryside with all the limestone cliffs and beautiful lush rain forest. If you think the climb to the top might be too tough for you, you can also visit the temple on ground level.

Emaral pool was lovely, hot springs were really cool too, the Tiger cave temple will kick your butt and challenge you mentally and physically, but it is an unforgettable experience, the host, I believe her name was Apple was super sweet and informative.

Very nice tour. One of the best I had in Thailand.
We have arrived quite early at the first stop - Emerald Pool which was nice, as we avoided the crowds.
Had a tasty lunch and enjoyed our time at the hot springs afterwards. Finished the day by challenging, but rewarding climb with amazing views.Our guide Tuk was very attetive, took us a lot of pictures and gave us a plenty of time at each stop.

We loved the visit. Our guide was very experienced and knew everything about the jungle, thanks to him we saw jungle crabs and other 3 leopard cats.

Excellent day. Alphi (AB) was our guide and made the day fun! We saw beautiful ponds/pools/springs and climbed to the top of the mountain temple. Worth the effort.

My sister and I had a wonderful time with Otto and the driver going to the Emerald Pool (and seeing the Crystal and Blue Pools), hot springs, and the Tiger Cave Temple. There were only two other people in the group so we had plenty of room, plus they were super nice. Otto made sure we were comfortable and informed throughout the tour. He was very knowledgeable and open to any questions we had. The lunch spot after the Emerald Pool was great and the staff there is really nice. Make sure you get some ice cream from there after!
The Emerald Pool was wonderful to dip in. So clear and pretty. It was cool seeing the two other pools. Photos don't do the hot springs justice, and it's awesome to go from them to the cool river. We left our belongings with Otto and he made sure to watch them, which allowed us to relax. He took photos and video of us throughout and even made a slideshow video, which was so lovely. The 1200+ steps up to the temple were definitely hard but rewarding. Make sure to cover your knees and shoulders, and would recommend sneakers.

Unfortunately we were one minute late (literally) for our transfer from our hotel to the pier to catch the boat.
Reason for the one star was for the refusal to credit us the amount paid (reason being according to the operator, that "cost paid for".). Odd thing is that we only paid for travel, and excluded the lunch and park entry fees, So there was no actual cost.
They then could have offered to move our booking, but asked for an additional 500 baht per person for the move. Maybe I am wrong (and am for being initially 1 minute late), but think a rebooking could have been accommodated.

Dear Shaun,
Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that you were unable to join since you were (way) too late.
Normally the start time for the Krabi tour is 8 AM, but because the hotel where you were staying, Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas, is outside our pick up area (the hotel is on a secluded beach, only accessible by boat, not over land), we informed you that you had to take a (shuttle) boat from your hotel and be at the set meeting point not later than 8:15 AM.
But just a bit before 8:30 AM you were not even in the boat yet (and the boat ride to the set meeting point takes 25-30 minutes). Our minivan, tour guide and other participants waited for you at the meeting point until 8:30 AM, but since you booked a group tour we had to start and could no longer wait for you.
It’s very common in tourism industry that guests who are no-show will be charged 100% since there are already costs made. However, we tried to be flexible and offered you the possibility to move your reservation to December 12th for only a change fee of THB 500 per person, instead of having to make a whole new booking and be charged the full amount.
Unfortunately you informed us the change fee was too high for you and you left us a 1-star review.
