    • Remember to bring your ID card or passport on the day of departure to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum (you will not be able to enter the museum without it).
    • The name and surname on the reservation must be the same as in the ID card. The organizer does not bear any responsibility if any of our clients is denied entry to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum due to lack of documents
    • Part of the tour is outdoors, so be prepared for different weather conditions - bring an umbrella, a heat hat, drinking water, comfortable shoes etc. In the mine, at any time of the year, the temperature is around 14-16 degrees Celsius, you can feel drafts.
    • Eating and smoking, as well as acting in a loud manner are forbidden at the Museums.
    • During the tour, small breaks are planned, we suggest taking a sandwich and water with you, it is worth having prepared converted money in Polish zlotys to buy food or souvenirs.
    • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 45 travelers
