We will pick you up directly from your hotel, apartment between 07:00-09:20am. We will sent you exact pick up time one or two days before your trip by message or text. Please remember to take with you some document like ID card, passport or credit card because tickets in Auschwitz-Birkenau camps are registered!!!!!

Absolutely amazing day, the horror of Auschwitz was very emotional. Our guide was excellent and left nothing untold. Afternoon visit to the Salt mines again an outstanding guide and the mines themselves are stunning. It was a really well organised day and we felt truly looked after every step of the way. Can’t not mention our amazing driver Konrad he was excellent throughout and really looked after our group to ensure we had the best experience we could. Highly recommend this tour if you visit Krakow.

A must do experience

We were picked up on time at our hotel by Conrad after he let us know the time the night before. He was very informative about what would be happening. The lady who guided us through auschwitz spoke very quietly. If you were not close enough to her you could not hear what she was explaining to us. Our group of about thirty people was possibly a bit too many. The salt mines guide was very good and answered all of my questions about the site. It was a bit weird that he left us to make our own way to the lift back up. Most of our group thought that too.

From the pick up at the hotel by driver Konrad we found the tours of Auschwitz and the Salt mines excellent. The former very moving and the latter full of surprises. Highly recommended.

Great full day trip out. We only had a few days in Krakow and doing the two places in one day allowed us to see as much as possible in our short visit. The trip does have a lot of walking in, think we clocked up about 7 miles so comfy shoes are advised, but it’s a good way to maximise your time if it’s limited.

First of all, great communication with our Driver, he messaged me the night before to confirm everything and picked us up on the dot outside our apartment. Guide for Auschwitz was excellent, she was very passionate and went into great detail, a very sobering and emotional experience and until you see it all in person you can't comprehend the scale of both sites. The salt mines were interesting, the only drawback was that we couldn't hear our guide very well. A long day and a lot of walking but totally worth it for the experience.

Very good tour. Very informative and quite harrowing but that is to be expected due to the nature of this. The guide was very good and respectful. She answered all our questions and was very approachable. The same goes for the salt mines tour. A lovely way to finish the day after the camps. Such a beautiful and amazing place to see. Would highly recommend. We got collected and dropped to our apartment door and had great communication from the driver through out the day. Just be aware it's a long day on your feet so be prepared. We went in mid November so wrap up for the cold.

Myself & partner have just completed the auschwitz-Bikenau & saltmines day trip & could not fault it. We were collected from our hotel at the exact scheduled time. Our driver was very friendly and accommodating. He collected other people on our route and the journey was made very enjoyable. The tour guides were highly informative and their knowledge were exceptional . While it was a long day it was so well planned I would recommend doing these both together. You get a short break between both trips so would recommend bringing a packed lunch. We were dropped back to our hotel and the driver even offered to drop us somewhere else instead if we wanted. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

I am very happy and satisfied about the tour. The gids/taxi driver came on time and there was good communication. The gids spoke English very well and was polite. The whole day was very nice with a good organisation. Would definitely recommend it to others!
