From April 8th, 2024 to April 13th, 2024, the cable car to Gubałówka will be closed due to maintenance. This tour will take place in all weather conditions, regardless of rain, snow or sun. During seasonal periods, there may be increased crowding. From October 14, 2024, to October 31, 2024, the Chochołowskie Thermal Baths will be closed due to pool cleaning. During this time, alternative thermal water options will be available. On the day preceding your trip, you will receive a message with all the necessary details.
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Great trip and tour guide

Great tour to zakopane and the thermal spa, would definitely recommend and we had a great tour guide kuba who was amazing at giving us facts about the areas we visited and made us laugh too thanks kuba!!

Absolutely Brilliant day , we couldnt pick our favourite Bit of the whole tour its all an experience we will never forget. Kuba our driver was Brilliant, very Funny ,helpfull and really safe driver ,made us feel very comfortable. Kuba was also very Knowledgeable about this tour . The 8 seat mini bus was warm and made the experience even better . Definitely recommend this Tour with Kuba.

A must do trip when in Krakow! Our tour guide was knowledgable, accommodating and made the day run so smoothly! The mountains were beautiful and a great lunch spot and the thermal baths were a perfect end to a busy day! Fully recommend 😊

Absolutley amazing day, our tour guide was so friendly and informative and went the extra mile for us. We had the best day visiting zakapane .. cheese tasting and visiting the villages in the snow was magical. In zakapane the cable car, markets and veiws were breath taking. What made our day was the spa... it turned dark around 3/4pm and there was a dj set/pool party in the pool outside on the lower floor. This was amazing. Pools were heated to 38 degrees,it was snowing, there was a pool bar..great expeirience. We had an overall amazing day did not stop smiling and laughing start to finish

Jacob our guide today was brilliant. He was polite, helpful & knowledgeable. Jacob made sure we all had a great day. Jacob gave us time to enjoy the sites & we definitely did not feel rushed. I would recommend this trip especially if you’re lucky enough to get Jacob as your guide.

The day started great by being picked up on time in a lovely vehicle. Tomasz was a great guide, plenty of time at spots and gave us useful information at each area. Small sized group made it even better and we had a very personal experience with the thermal baths being our favourite part. Would highly recommend!
