For all bookings made for 2021 for Auschwitz-Birkenau tour, we need surname and name of every participant (the same as in their ID or PASSPORT). If we will not get it, we will not be able to buy entrance tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum.
Please make sure to bring with you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, ID or PASSPORT, because the guards will ask about it before enter. Without it, you will not be able to enter the museum.

Interesting tour

Incredibly interesting tour. Our Driver Thomas was great, very good English, he was always on time and gave good communication he texted us our pick up time as promised. He was a very nice friendly chap. Our tour guide ‘Kasher’ was also excellent, spoke perfect English and delivered the information in a most respectful way. She really knew her stuff, she gave a great insight to how the whole story of the holocaust from start to finish. It’s worth mentioning there an only a few toilets there, which leads to long queues, especially for the ladies! I spent our lunch break (approx.15 mins) in the queue, there’s also a lot of walking, but definitely worth it , highly recommend it.

“Everyone needs to visit a place like this in their lifetime “ Trip was very well organised. Easy central location to start the tour and minibus journey of 90mins to get there. The site is very busy which means you are moved at pace ( each group has a guide and is walked through). There is quite a lot of walking and some stairs. Our driver was great as was the guide. Very worthwhile experience.

Great experience visiting Krakow. Everything was organised for us, we basically had to just turn up. The bus picked me up from my hotel and there was also a sizeable lunchbox provided for an extra charge if desired.

Prompt pick up transfers, option to add on lunch box for 50PLN. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and spoke brilliant English. Very sad day but well worth the visit. Make sure you use the toilet once you either get off the transfer at the first museum in the car park, or go to the toilet at the short break for lunch as once the tour starts you will get left behind and have to catch up to the group. Only thing I can say negatively is that it all felt a bit rushed.

The tour guide did a decent job despite the crowd and the rain. The highlight for us was to be at the Auschwitz Birkenau camps. We learnt more from our visit to the holocaust museum in Washington DC.

Very informative day out. Our tour guide was so good and gave us so much information on this harrowing time. Pick up and drop of times exact as explained and the company kept in touch regarding this. Lunch offered for a small fee. There is vending machines at aushwitz which did have sandwiches / snacks / drinks in.

Pickup from hotel was on time. 9 in the van with movie on the way . Excellent tour guide with good English. Bathroom stops . Lunch looked great but our hotel provided ours as we had breakfast included that we couldn’t make. Would highly recommend this tour.

Unforgettable, eye-opening experience.

Slawek was very communicative, prompt, friendly, and attentive. He made sure that the group knew the process each step of the way. Since the museum only had vending machines for food options, he offered to order lunch boxes for a fee (€12) which was a great convenience if you don't plan ahead and pack your own food. The museum tour guide was very informative and detailed. She took a somber tone with her explanations which was appropriate instead of sounding like a recording or rushed. Our small group van that we traveled in mixed with about 3 or 4 other vans so we became a very large group. Once we got our headphones we spent about 2 hours in Auschwitz, then after a short lunch break in the parking lot area, drove to Birkenau a few minutes away and spent a little over an hour there. The whole tour is very heavy and intense, giving more in-depth information. It really is necessary to go here to see in person and hear what happened during the Holocaust. Horrific and heartbreaking.

Konrad provided an efficient and friendly pick up and drop back to our apartment. I am sorry that I didn’t take the lady’s name ,who guided us around the memorial and museums ,because she was very informative and knowledgeable about the horrific events that occurred there . As she explained at the end of her tour it is there to remind us so that we don’t make the same mistakes again . This tour is a must when visiting Krakow .
