      Amazing cooking with Fizah

      We did a fabulous morning of cooking with Fizah, she was a wonderful teacher, professional, knowledgeable, friendly & fun. We cooked Nasi Lemak & mango sticky rice from scratch, it was absolutely amazing - we would highly recommend her class to everyone!

      Greeting at the door! Fizah had everything ready to go. My daughter and I learned how to cook a sauce with some spicy peppers. It was enjoyable going to her home and meeting her husband Roman. Lots of instructions that would be easy to replicate at home. Thank you Fizah!!

      We had a spare morning in Kuala Lumpur and thought we’d book in for a private cooking class. It was a great location, easy to get to using a Grab. Fizah was wonderful host and teacher. She helped us pick our options of Malaysian dishes and had all the fresh ingredients ready for us. I loved how she explained all the ingredients as we had not done Malaysian cooking before. She even explained how I could purchase some of the ingredients in my home country and sent me a link to her recipes. The recipes were simple and easy to follow, it made the cooking process very enjoyable. The food was great and I loved that she tailored the spiciness to our preferences. I’ve even tried making sambal at home since! Fizah also gave us some great tips about things to do in KL. It was a great morning and was a lovely addition to our trip. Highly recommend.

      Fizah's Amazing Recipe

      I had difficulty making the originally scheduled class, but Fizah was gracious enough to allow me to take the class the following day. Her communication was clear regarding the location. Fizah had even contacted me when I initially booked the class to confirm what we would cook for the meal and dessert. She welcomed me into her home and the conversation with her and her husband was very easy. The dish that we cooked was delicious as was the dessert. I ordered this dish when dining out and none compared to what we created. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and would highly recommend it. I look forward to doing another cooking class with Fizah when I am in Malaysia again.

      Such a beautiful and authentic experience! Fizah makes you feel like youre at home and guides you step by step to an amazing meal. Roman is super friendly and has so much cool travel experience. I really enjoyed it all!
