We had to cancel as he did not have Petronas Tower tickets and was offered KL tower instead which we have done twice before. Still waiting for a refund even though we were given the option on the day 27 Jan 2024 Cheers David Williams

Badly arranged, last minute cancelation

I was scheduled to visit the petronas, the operator on the morning of the tour (peak time) messaged me to cancel because they never booked tickets, total disappointment and ended up leaving kuala lampur without seeing the petronas twin towers

The Drivers wanted to finish after 1,5h instead of 3h. Even though it said 3h on the reservation. Thats wasnt nice. And this is why i dont recomment. In the end he called the boss and we did finish after 3h but the not nice feeling remained.

Driver arrived on time, had no clue what or where they were going. Drove straight out to Batu Caves despite it not being included on this tour. Wasted most the half day tour in traffic and driving to the caves so far out of town. I insisted the driver return me to the city as we didn’t have time to visit the caves on a half day tour. I abandoned the trip once back in the city in order to visit a few sites myself by foot. Company refused a refund and claimed that their driver would finish the tour if I wanted them to. Unfortunately, I was on my way to the airport by this stage as I literally only had a morning available. This tour operator is not to be trusted.

James gave us a very knowledgeable tour. When James collected us he said he couldn’t get tickets for twin towers & we would do KL tower instead, which we did. James said we’d be contacted next day re doing the twin towers but we were never contacted and the photos James took have not been sent to us.. overall James was a very good guide and time was not an issue to him. Overall my husband & I enjoyed the tour. If you’re booking with this company you maybe want to confirm they have secured tickets for twin towers. June from Scotland

Tour Operator “No Show Scam”

I booked this trip less than 16 hours before pick up time the following day and the tour was paid in full at the time of booking, confirmed and tickets sent via email. It seemed very suspicious when I was contacted and asked to send photos of our passports when our trip was already booked. Nevertheless, as soon as we landed into KUL the passports were sent, more than 3 1/2 hours prior to our pickup time at 2:30pm. At approximately 11am, the tour operator sent a message that the passport information was sent too late and he was going to deem our tour a NO SHOW three hours before our pickup time at 2:30pm. Clearly, that was a total fabrication (a lie) and I expressed my disappointment, dissatisfaction and requested a full refund based on his lack of integrity and professionalism. The tour operator stated he would issue a full refund at 1pm, which was more than 1.5 hours before the originally scheduled pickup time. Please confirm the full refund is issued in a timely manner and please investigate this operator for fraud and deception. Those behaviors shed a negative light on Viator’s company image. I expect a follow up from Viator regarding this matter. Thank you in advance.

Rip off

The driver dropped us off here in there had no idea no comments about anything! Gave us her tickets to go to the top they were 30 RM where we paid $170 for the trip picked us up late. Their excuse was heavy. Traffic didn’t explain anything to us one time he said this is the river of life. We walked around the area, and there was real tour guides explaining the history of the buildings and the areas. This guy did nothing but drive once in a while, his boss would come with another couple on another vehicle, and just stare around like we were blinded, this was the biggest rip off for that kind of money. You can have an incredible lunch and an incredible tour. I wouldn’t recommend this to no one. My wife and I could have just walked around but tickets to go up the tower and done it all for less than $100 , including transportation I would never recommend this a rip off

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR!!!! This Operator is terrible and non-responsive. I booked this tour on 11/29 and unfortunately I was notified on 12/2 that my flight was cancelled so I could not participate on this tour. I provided them two weeks notice and the website showed they still had a lot of availability. I contacted the Operator and Viator at least 20 times for a refund with very little response. Finally, they sent me a couple of standard non-refundable "template" response without investigating the situation. There was no empathy and consideration that I booked over 30 tours with Viator. In fact, I had two more Viator bookings the next two days. I later agreed to pay for the Petronis Tower ticket; however, I requested a refund on the City Tour section. Once again, they sent me "template" responses. I even offered a compromise to have the Operator provide me an airport transfer which was the same price. I emailed Viator and Operator 4 more times and they did not respond. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR!!!!!!
