Amazing Bali Experience

Our driver/tour guide Suda is a Balinese and really knows the local culture. Enjoyed the conversations along the way. Very friendly and flexible. 3 days tour was really worth it. Experienced North, South, and mid Bali.

The Best Tour!

I usually don't leave reviews, but I was compelled to leave one for this tour as it was quite possibly the best tour that I've been on. To begin, we decided to stay at the Aryaduta Bali hotel that placed us right in the middle of the excitement. The location was not only great walking distance from the mall and restaurants, but it was also a good middle ground for the different places of the tour that our guide, Antika, took us on. Speaking of the tour -- wow! We were very lucky to have gotten a local tour guide who was willing to share the beauty of his homeland with us. Antika was a terrific guide who told us the secrets of Bali from their festivals to their beliefs. His passion and love for his homeland was clear as he drove us around Bali, pointing out places where he had spent time growing up around and the significance those places and experiences meant to the Bali people. We saw gorgeous sceneries such as hidden waterfalls high in the mountains, beautiful rice fields that spread as far as the eye could see, and stunning beaches. Just to note, we had gone during the August timeframe which seemed to have been the best choice as the weather was beautiful (clear skies and cool temperatures) and there were hardly any visitors, so we could enjoy the splendor of Bali by ourselves. Antika shared his knowledge of the best times to visit these sites as well, so that we were able to have a more private viewing. Before ever visiting Bali, we had only thought that it was a cliché tourist attraction that only catered to beach-goers, but now we know that Bali is filled with breathtaking and surreal scenes, wonderful and kind people who have a rich and vibrant culture, and some of the best and most delicious food we've ever had (even the hotel had delicious dine-in options). We'll certainly be back! TLDR: Go on this tour. Ask for Antika. Delicious food and beautiful sights await!

It was a good experience, however, the guide didn't k ow the places we need to visit. I needed to tell him based on the tour boucher that I got. He didn't know what was included/excluded from the tour and he missed some places because we ran put of time. The places that we missed had ticket admission included but we didn't received any money back. He drove very unsafe. The dinner last day was not as expected.

Kadek is the best driver tour guide there ever was!! We’ve just finished this experience and cannot express how good it was, from north to south, the trips allowed you to see everything you’d want without getting repetitive and boring. Kadek made the experience even better than imagined. He was extremely knowledgable, answered every question with ease and humour. He made us feel extremely comfortable and welcome. He tailored the experience to us and made the organisation a breeze. He recommended local drinks and food for us to try and went above and beyond to recommend places to try these, he even helped us get Anak! On top of this, the car was always clean, comfortable with air con and fresh water every day. 10/10- whatever Kadek is paid, it is not enough!

We had an amazing experience, especially both water falls and various temples, our favourite is the temple in the lake. We also had two wonderful tour guides, Como and pututaul who answer all our questions and explained every area of the tour in details. Highly recommended. Advice to stay in different areas where tour is based on the day, this is cheaper and you spent less time in traffic to get back to your hotel, as we stayed in Nusa Dua area.

Our guide was Antika. Hands down best experience we could’ve asked for absolutely worth every cent. Not only did he take us to several beautiful and interesting places, but he was one of the nicest people we’ve ever met. Very informative and passionate about his job unlike other guides just in it for money, helped us take plenty of photos, and was very flexible and tailored everything to our wants. Formed a great bond with him over the 3 days and have left here with a new great friend. Could not recommend something more.

This is a fantastic comprehensive tour that takes you to the best sites in Bali. I thank Atika for being so kind and having so much patience with me. My husband and I were with Jio for 3 days on a private tour. Jio was amazing. He answered every question we had about Bali. He was always making sure we were okay and caring for our luggage. He even carried my backpack several times. He made this tour so enjoyable for us. He Changed the itinerary if we weren’t interested in a particular activity and was always willing to take pictures for us. We highly recommend this tour. Also Jio was on time every morning to pick us up, and was a very safe driver despite crazy Balinese traffic. If we return to Bali, we hope to have him as a guide again. This tour company is well organized and easy to communicate with via email or whatsapp. We always felt like we knew what was going on. Many thanks to Jio and Edy Smile tours for a great experience!!!

Wow! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to see the best sites in Bali! I driver Suda was the best! He not only was very friendly and knowledgable, he even took the time to teach us some Balinese culture and customs, things you would not learn on your own. He can tailor your itinerary to fit your needs and will also get you to each site before the big crowds arrive (great for photo opportunities!). He took the best photos for us too, better than the ones you pay for at some of the sites!!! If you’re debating on whether to book this tour - book it!!!! Your trip will be as memorable and enjoyable as ours was! Highly highly HIGHLY recommend! :)

Very well coordinated. Great driver Arya,very punctual and courteous. Felt the first day of the tour with a lot of trips to handicrafts was a bit too overstretched and not interesting. Rest was great. It's a good ldea to have other lovier attractions on day one. Recommend Arya very helpful and a good aide specially as language can be a barrier

Thanks to Suda and Edy Smile Tour for providing an excellent tour experience! Kadek was very responsive via both WhatsApp text and phone. He was helpful in planning and was flexible in modifying our itinerary to our requests. Suda was our driver. He was always on time to pick us up, and was very accommodating to our requests, and making sure we knew what was next on our itinerary. He was very attentive when we were touring, always helping us in and out of the car, and attentive to our needs when at tour destinations. During our drives, he would explain Balinese culture to us, as we would see sights along the way that would prompt our questions. He was personable and professional, striking the balance between being attentive to our needs, yet giving us space to have our own experience. I would definitely recommend Suda and Edy Smile Tours if this is your first time to Bali and you want to be sure to hit all the highlights.
