Perfect for a rainy day

The waterpark was absolutely amazing, we went on a rainy day and Id say its the best day to go by far. I had a bit of trouble getting in but this was a fault on Viators side with the booking ticket codes and app limitations.

My new favourite water park! Virtually no queues, great rides and great food. Plenty sun loungers available too! Love the wristband for purchasing items - it's so much easier than having to go back to your locker for cash.

If you have a family this place is such a wonderful day. The park is very well thought out and you are taken care of in everyday. Your kids will be talking about this place for years. For an adult you will not be disappointed thrill seekers eat your heart out. Our driver picked us up on time and patiently waited for us when we were ready to go.

Our driver was on time, very friendly and ever patient in sorting out some issues with waterbom not having records of our booking.This was resolved by him efficiently. We had a great day with a lack of tourists (due to volcano) meaning we had no crowds, no waiting in lines and great staff.
