The maximum width for the harness around the hips is 110 cm.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This experience was so much fun and the sights were truly beautiful!! The guides were able to prepare us really well for what to expect and it was better than we could imagine! We basically flew over a waterfall and each line was a different experience! Our tour guides and photographer were very professional and nice, would recommend for everyone!

This was the most amazing experience. This was my first time zip lining & I was so nervous to say the LEAST. My anxiety was taking over & the guides/experts were so patient with me! Made me feel 100% safe. Once the I did the first cable it was so fun I didn’t want it to end. 100% recommend just book it!

We absolutely had a blast on this trip. The zip lines were so long and we saw beautiful views. The staff was incredible and made us feel safe. This is not a tour for the weak of heart or out of shape people. A lot of climbing and hiking was involved.

Charlie and the other guides were amazing, made me feel safe and secure. He even pointed out some wildlife to the group like a Viper! So awesome. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to experience zip lining through the rainforest.

This was such a great experience! I am scared of heights and was nervous to zip line for the first time but the guides made me feel safe! They even came with me on one of the lines until I felt comfortable doing it myself. There are 7 cables so you zip line 7 different times over a beautiful waterfall! There is a minor hike between lines but it’s easy. It’s definitely worth it! Took probably 2 hours all said and done.

Great fun- all the staff were really encouraging and helpful- great fun!! The photos were not that great - we had a guy who it was his first day and tbh the photos weren’t worth the $40 - I think they need to know more how to stage a good picture- where to take it etc - u assume this is something they’re taught ?? especially when there is a cost and more than that you’re relying on them to reflect your experience in wat they take .. I don’t think there were only 1 or 2 pics I would say were flattering or captured the day

The views were spectacular even though it rained almost the entire time. Guides were friendly and system was very safe. Our only complaint is that they were either short on staff, overbooked or very unorganized. Wait times at each zipline was oddly long. It took longer than what was advertised.

This was a fantastic adventure! My sister and I booked the seven zip lines and it was the perfect amount of time for us. All of the guides were incredibly kind and made an effort to get to know us. They also make security a top priority and we felt nothing but safe the entire time. Highly recommend this group!

The pick up was timely and convenient. All the staff at zip line venue was very amiable, nice funny and accommodating. The training video and verbal was sufficient for the event. Staff answered my questions, made me feel safe and secure, were available when I needed them.
